Abstract

Çalışma konusu olarak seçtiğimiz 409 Numaralı Lice Şer?iyye Sicili, Hicri 15 Zilkaide 1311 / Miladi 18 Mayıs 1894 ile Hicri 15 Muharrem 1315 / Miladi 16 Haziran 1897 yılları arasında yer almaktadır. Sicil; Lice'nin sosyal, ekonomik, demografik, idari vb çeşitli bilgiler içermektedir. Çalışmamızda, öncelikle Lice hakkında genel bir bilgi verilmiştir. Şer?iyye Sicilleri ve mahkemelerinin tanımı yapıldıktan sonra sicilin belge özetlerini daha sonra ise sicilin transkripsiyonunu verdik. Sonuç kısmı ile son bulmaktadır. 409 Numaralı Lice Şer?iyye Sicili içerik bakımından veraset, boşanma, alacak-verecek davaları, borç vb. Lice halkı arasındaki sorunları göstermektedir. Ayrıca Lice'de yaşayan halkın etnik ve dini yapısı hakkında bilgi vermektedir.
