DİBENZOBARALLEN VE NORBORNEN İSKELETİNE SAHİP YENİ 2-İMİDAZOLİN VE BENZİMİDAZOL TÜREVLERİNİN SENTEZİ

Abstract

Biyolojik açıdan aktif olan ve birçok ilacın moleküler yapısında bulunan 2-imidazolin ve benzimidazol türevlerinin sentezi hem organik kimya hem de endüstri açısından çok önemlidir. Bu tezde antrasen ve siklopentadien'in Diels-Alder reaksiyonlarından elde edilen dibenzobarallen ve norbornen iskeletlerine bağlı 40 yeni 2-imidazolin ve benzimidazol türevi sentezlenmiştir. Sentezlenen bileşiklerin kimyasal yapılarının karakterizasyonunda, FT-IR, 1H-NMR, 13CAPT-NMR, HETCOR-NMR spektroskopisi teknikleri kullanıldı. Bazı bileşiklerin yapılarının aydınlatılmasında da kütle spektrumu ve X-ışını kristalografisi görüntülerinden yararlanıldı.

The synthesis of 2-imidazoline and benzimidazole derivatives, which are biologically active and are found in the molecular structure of many drugs, is of great importance both in terms of organic chemistry and industry. In this thesis, 40 new 2-imidazoline and benzimidazole derivative were synthesized from linked to dibenzobarallene and norbornene skeletons which were obtained from the Diels-Alder reactions of anthracene and cyclopentadien. FT-IR, 1H-NMR, 13C-APT-NMR and HETCOR-NMR spectroscopy techniques were used to determine the chemical structures of the synthesized compounds. Mass spectra and X-ray crystallography images were also used to elucidate structures of some compounds.
