ADIM MOTORLARININ TELEFON HATLARI ARACILIĞI İLE UZAKTAN KONTROLÜ

Abstract

Bu çalışmada, bir adım motorunun telefon hatları ile uzaktan kontrolü yapılmıştır. Uzaktan kontrol için DTMF tekniğinden faydalanılmıştır. İki kısımdan oluşan uygulamanın birinci kısmında, telefondan gelen tuş sinyallerinin DTMF kod çözücü entegresi ile 4 bitlik karşılıkları tespit edilmiştir. İkinci kısımda ise PIC mikrodenetleyicisinin girişine uygulanan bu 4 bitlik girişler kullanılarak adım motoru kontrol edilmiştir. Sonuç olarak PIC mikrodenetleyicisi ile adım motorun kontrolü sağlanmıştır. Adım motorlarının birçok önemli özelliklerinin yanında kontrol kolaylığı dikkate alınarak çalışma insan hayatı için risk taşıyan alanlarda kullanılmak üzere tasarlanmıştır.

In this study, stepper motor was controlled over telephone lines. DTMF technique was used for remote control. The application consists of two sections. In the first section DTMF decoder circuit identifies the key signals of the phone and genaretes 4 bit equivalent of these signals. In the second section a stepper motor was controlled via PIC microcontroller. The PIC microcontroller uses 4 bit inputs to control. As a result a stepper motor was controlled by PIC microcontroller. The stepper motors have many features like ease of control. The study was designed to be used in the unsafe fields of the human life.
