MURAT NEHRİNDE (PALU-ELAZIĞ) YAŞAYAN CAPOETA UMBLA'NIN OTOLİT BİYOMETRİSİ VE BAZI BÜYÜME PARAMETRELERİ

Abstract

Bu çalışmada siraz balığının (Capoeta umbla) otolit biyometrisi ile toplam boy - ağırlık ilişkiler incelenmiştir. Bu amaçla, toplam 52 adet balık örneği Murat Nehri'nin Beyhan Barajı Gövdesi ile Örencik 15. Avlak sahası arasında avlanan ticari balıkçılardan elde edilmiştir. İncelenen balık örneklerinin boy ve ağırlıkları; tüm balıklarda 17,10-46,20 cm ve 53,95-995,76 g olarak belirlenmiştir. C. umbla bireylerinin sağ ve sol otolit için ortalama otolit boyları ise sırasıyla 1,853-3,181 mm, otolit enleri 1,511-2,241 mm ve otolit ağırlıkları ise 0,0015- 0,0078 g olarak belirlenmiştir. Balığın toplam boyu ile otolit boyu ve otolit genişliği, yine toplam balık boyu ile otolit ağırlığı arasındaki ilişkiler pozitif yönde ve iyi düzeyde bulunmuştur. Balığın sağ ve solundan alınan otolitlerin boyları, genişlikleri ve ağırlıkları arasındaki fark istatistiksel olarak önemsiz bulunmuştur (P>0,05). Siraz balığının boy-ağırlık ilişkisi b değerleri tüm bireyler için 3,12, dişi bireylerde 3,0032 ve erkek bireylerde 3,1373 hesaplanmıştır. Bu nedenle büyüme tipi siraz balığı için pozitif allometrik olarak bulunmuştur. Sonuç olarak, bu çalışma, Siraz balığının Murat Nehri'ndeki popülasyonunun biyolojik özelliklerine dair literatüre önemli bir katkı sağlayacaktır.

In this study, the otolith biometry and total length-weight relationships of Tigris scraper fish (Capoeta umbla) were investigated. For this purpose, a total of 52 fish samples were obtained from commercial fishermen fishing between Beyhan Dam Body of Murat River and Örencik 15th Fishing Area. The lengths and weights of examined fish samples were determined as 17.10-46.20 cm and 53.95-995.76 g for all fish. The average otolith lengths for the right and left otoliths of C. umbla individuals were determined as 1.853-3.181 mm, otolith widths as 1.511-2.241 mm and otolith weights as 0.0015-0.0078 g, respectively. The relationships between the total length of the fish and otolith length and otolith width, and between the total fish length and otolith weight were found to be positive and at a good level. The difference between the length, width and weight of the otoliths taken from the right and left sides of the fish was found to be statistically insignificant (P>0.05). The b values for length-weight relationship Tigris scraper were calculated as 3.12 for all individuals, 3.0032 for females and 3.1373 for males. Therefore, the growth type was found to be positive allometric for Tigris scraper. Asa result, this study makes an important contribution to the literature on the biological characteristics of the Tigris scraper fish in the Murat River.
