dc.description.abstractBu çalışmada 17. yüzyılın ikinci yarısına ait tarihleri kapsayan beş sicilden istifade edilerek bir taşra sancağı olan Harput’ta görevli kadıların durumları çok yönlü olarak ele alınmaktadır. Teorik olarak kadılar hakkında yapılan genelleme ve değerlendirmelerin bir taşra sancağı olan Harput’ta görevli kadılar için geçerliliği bir anlamda test edilmektedir
dc.description.abstractThis paper analyzes the state of kadis employed in Harput, a sub-province in Anatolia by making use of the five court registers belonging to the second half of 17th century. It is dealt with the duties and tasks of kadis in many respect in a subprovincial city Harput. Teoritically we are testing what we know of kadis as to their responsibilities in sub-provincial Harput
