EL-MAKRÎZÎ'NİN İĞÂSETÜ'L-ÜMME Bİ-KEŞFİ'L-ĞUMME ESERİNİN, MUHTEVASI VE TAHİLİLİ

Abstract

Orta çağ dönemi, İslam tarihi gelişimi bakımından hareketli ve hızlı bir dönemdir. Sosyal, politik ve kültürel alanlarda hızlı bir gelişim süreci yaşayan ortadoğu ve kuzey afrika bölgesi, bu hareketliliği ilk başlarda Abbâsi hilafetinin merkezi olan Bağdat'ta görsek te hemen akabinde o dönemde, gözler tarih ve bilim ekollerinin merkezi olan Kahire'nin üzerine çevrilmiştir. Kahire'de o dönem yıldızı parlayan ve eserleri günümüze kadar gelen tarih ekolleri arasında da el-Makrîzî'nin adı bulunmaktadır. Muhakkak ki el-Makrîzî tarihin ve hayatın çeşitli yönlerini anlatan eserler bırakmıştır fakat bu eserler arasında öyle bir eser var ki, el-Makrîzî Mısır'ın islamiyet öncesinden, yaşadığı döneme (H. 808) kadar olan tarihin sosyo-ekonomik yönlerini bir eserde anlatmıştır, bu eser ise üzerinde çalıştığımız ''İğâsetü'l-Ümme bi-Keşfi'l-Ğumme'' adlı eserdir. Bu eser nakli bir tarihi eserden fazla, eleştirel yapıcı bir eserdir, nitekim el-Makrîzî açlık ve ekonomik krizleri mantıksal çıkarımlara dayandırıp ele almıştır, yeri geldiğinde ciddi bir şekilde izlenen politikaları eleştirmiş ve daha önceki yaşantılar üzerinden örnekler verip, krize bir tenbih bir de çözüm yolu göstermiştir. Mısır tarihinin sosyo-ekonomik yönünü ve açlık tarihini inceleyen veya bu alanda çalışan her araştırmacının başvurması gereken bu eserin, günümüze kadar sağlam bir şekilde elimize ulaşması büyük bir şans olup aynı zamanda üzerimize düşen bir sorumluluktur.

The medieval period is a dynamic and rapid period in terms of the development of Islamic history. The Middle East and the North African region, experienced rapid development in social, political and cultural areas, when we first saw this movement in Baghdad, the center of the Abbasid state. This turned over to Cairo, the center of history and science schools, at that time, Al- Makrîzî who was in Cairo, was among the historical schools that shined in that period and whose works came up to date. Certainly Al- Makrîzî left works describing history and various aspects of life, but there is such a work among these works that al-Makr?zî described the socio-economic aspects of Egypt's history from pre-Islamic times until the time of his return (H. 808) this work is the thesis we are working on titeled "İğâsetü'l-Ümmebi-Keşfi'l-Ğumme". This work is more than a transcendental historical work, a critically constructive work. In fact, al- Makrîzî bases the hunger and economic crises on logical conclusions, criticizes the politics that are followed seriously when it comes to the place, and gives examples on the previous ones. It is a great chance to reach such a work, which examines the socio-economic direction of Egyptian history and the hunger history, in good manner and it is a responsibility to fall upon us at the same time, to evaluate it as the researchers.
