BELLEVALİA LONGİSTYLA (MİSCZ.) GROSSH. VE BELLEVALİA PARADOXA (FİSCH. & C.A.MEY.) BOİSS. TÜRLERİNİN KARYOLOJİK YÖNDEN İNCELENMESİ"

Abstract

Bu çalışmada, Asparagaceae familyasının önemli cinslerinden biri olan Bellevalia Lapeyr.'e ait iki tür, Bellevalia longistyla ve Bellevalia paradoxa, karyolojik açıdan değerlendirilmiştir. Sitotaksonomik analizler gerçekleştirebilmek amacıyla, farklı bölgelerden toplanan örneklerin soğanları kullanılmıştır. Yapılan çalışmalarla, bölünme evresindeki somatik hücreler incelenerek her iki türün kromozom sayıları belirlenmiş ve karyotip analizleri yapılmıştır. Elde edilen veriler doğrultusunda ideogramlar hazırlanmıştır. B. longistyla türünde kromozom sayısı 2n=32, B. paradoxa türünde ise 2n=16 olarak saptanmıştır

In this study, two species of Bellevalia Lapeyr., one of the important genera of the Asparagaceae family, were karyologically evaluated: Bellevalia longistyla and Bellevalia paradoxa. To perform cytotaxonomic analyses, bulbs from specimens collected from different regions were used. The studies examined somatic cells in the cleavage phase to determine the chromosome numbers of both species, and karyotype analyses were conducted. Ideograms were prepared based on the obtained data. The chromosome number was determined to be 2n=32 in B. longistyla and 2n=16 in B. paradoxa.
