BAZI 4-(ARİL/ALKİL)-5-(2-TİYENİL)-2,4-DİHİDRO-3H-1,2,4-TRİAZOL-3-TİYON İÇEREN MANNİCH BAZLARININ HAZIRLANMASI VE KARAKTERİZASYONU

Abstract

İki aşamada gerçekleştirilen bu çalışmanın ilk aşamasında etil, fenil ve allil sübstitüe olmak üzere üç adet 1,2,4-triazol sentezlenmiş ve karakterize edilmiştir. İkinci aşamada, sentezlenmiş olan sübstitüe 1,2,4-triazoller; formaldehit ve sekonder amin türevleri ile etkileştirilerek onbir adet Mannich bazı elde edilmiştir. Elde edilen yapılar 1H-NMR, 13C-NMR ve FT-IR teknikleriyle aydınlatıldı.

In the first stage of this work which was planned in two stages, three 1,2,4-triazole compounds were synthesized by using 2-thiophenecarboxylic acid hydrazide and three isothiocyanate. In the second stage of this study eleven Mannich bases were synthesized by using formaldehyde and secondary amine with 1,2,4-triazole. The structures of all the synthesized compounds were characterized by using 1H-NMR, 13C-NMR, and FT-IR spectroscopy techniques.
