CROSS PLATFORM CARGO TRACKING SYSTEM

Abstract

Çepraz platform (Cross-platform) in geliştirmesi geliştiriciler için çok ünlü bir konu olmuştur. Farklı platformlara farklı yazıları yavaşça tek bir kod yazısıyla değiştirilecektır. Tek kod tabanı cross-platformları software ve application geliştirmesine göre ve birde zaman ve maliyetı azaltirırark işletıyor. Bu tezin amacı cross-platformda en çok mobile platformda kullanılan bazı araçları göstermek ve tanıtmaktır, bu tezde appcelerator, xamarin, çarpıntı (flutter) ve react native araçları bahsedip ve onların yapı ve özellikleri göstereceğiz. Hem de web uygulaması (web application) ını oluşturan doğada cross-platormları (apache, Nginx ve node js) gibi çok ünlü bazı server-side technology (sunucu-tarafı teknoloji)yapıları göstereceğiz. Bahsettimız araçların kullanmalarını göstermek için kargo takib sistemi bir cross-platform sistemini geliştirmek için örnek olarak kullandık. Çünkü kargo taşımacılık insan uyarlığın evriminde çok etikileyici bir rol oynadı. Bugün müşteriler kargolarını adım adım takip etmek isterler, bu sistem kargolar için çok önemli bir koordinasiyon ayarlamış, koordinasiyonda kargonun harita ve konumu sağlamış. Bu sistem cross-platformın flutter araçıyla cep telefon uygulamaları( mobile application) andoid ve ios sistemlerinde kullanmak için tasarlanmış. Buna ek olarak web tabanlı bir uygulamayı (application) kişisel bilgisyar platformunda, windows, macOS ve değerlerinde kullanmak için oluşturduk.

Cross-platform developments have become a very popular subject for developers, writing for multiple platforms separately is slowly getting replaced by writing only a single code base that works cross platform due to the software and application development needs and to reduce cost and time. The aim of this thesis is to demonstrate some of the most used cross platform tools on mobile platforms such as Appcelerator, Xamarin, Flutter and React Native, discussing them and demonstrating their architecture and features, as well as presenting some of the most popular server-side technologies that are used to create web applications that are cross platform in nature, for example, Apache, Nginx, and Node.js. To demonstrate the use of these tools we have taken cargo tracking as an example to develop a cross platform system, since the transportation of cargos have played a vital role in the evolution of the human civilization, today, customers want to know where exactly their cargo is at, this system provides precious coordinates to the cargos that are transported by providing maps and location name of the cargo, this system is designed using cross platform tool of Flutter for mobile applications such as Android and iOS, as well as creating a web based application for personal computer platforms such as Windows, macOS and other platforms.
