TÜRKİYE'DE YAYILIŞ GÖSTEREN DÖRT ENDEMİK HYACİNTHELLA SCHUR TÜRÜNÜN KARYOLOJİK YÖNDEN İNCELENMESİ

Abstract

Bu tez çalışmasında tek çenekli bitkilerin Asparagaceae familyasına ait Hyacinthella cinsine ait dört endemik tür (Hyacinthella acutiloba, Hyacinthella campanulata, Hyacinthella micrantha ve Hyacinthella siirtensis) karyolojik yönden incelenmiştir. Sitotaksonomik çalışmalar için toplanan bu dört türe ait soğanların çimlendirilmesiyle elde edilen kök uçları kullanılmıştır. Bölünebilen somatik hücrelerde yapılan incelemeler sonucunda, türlerin kromozom sayımları yapılmış, karyotip analizleri çıkarılmış ve ideogramları çizilmiştir. Türlere ait kromozom sayılarının Hyacinthella acutiloba 2n=18, Hyacinthella campanulata 2n=18, Hyacinthella micrantha 2n=22ve Hyacinthella siirtensis türünde 2n=22 şeklinde oldukları tespit edilmiştir. In this thesis study, four endemic species of the Hyacinthella genus (Hyacinthella acutiloba, Hyacinthella campanulata, Hyacinthella micrantha and Hyacinthella siirtensis), belonging to the Asparagaceae family of monocot plants, were examined karyologically. Root tips obtained by germinating the bulbs of these four species collected for cytotaxonomic studies were used. As a result of the examinations carried out on dividing somatic cells, chromosome counts of the species were made, karyotype analyzes were performed and ideograms were drawn. It was determined that the chromosome numbers of the species were 2n=18 in Hyacinthella acutiloba, 2n=18 in Hyacinthella campanulata, 2n=22 in Hyacinthella micrantha and 2n=22 in Hyacinthella siirtensis.
