CAD DATASI OLMAYAN PARÇALARIN TERSİNE MÜHENDİSLİK METODU İLE CAD DATALARININ OLUŞTURULMASI

Abstract

Tersine mühendislik, önceden üretilmiş veya mevcut olan bir model üründen faydalanılarak model ürünün üretimi için gerekli olan tasarım ve verilerini elde edilmesidir. Tasarım, üretim ve modernizasyonu imkansız olan ve hatta gözle görülemeyen model ürünlerde bile günümüz teknoloji gelişimiyle beraber tersine mühendislikle artık yapılabilmektedir. Örneğin insan vücudunun tomografi görüntüsünden faydalanılarak kişisel özelliklerine göre dış ve iç organlarının tasarımı ve kişiye özel protez üretimi yapılabilir duruma gelmektedir. Üretimi yapılan protezlerin robotik ve sanal cerrahi yöntemlerinden faydalanılarak çok daha hızlı ve başarılı bir şekilde ameliyathanelerde vücuda takılması sağlanmıştır. Tez çalışmasında uyluk (femur) ve kaval (tibia) kemik doku kaybı olan bir hastanın tomografik görüntüsünden faydalanılarak kişiye özel diz protezi ve protezin takılmasında kullanılacak kemik kesi kılavuz parçalarının tasarımı ve üretimi için kemik geometri dokusunun sayısallaştırıcı programlar kullanılarak 3B model görünümünün elde edilmesi çalışıldı. Ayrıca tasarımı ve teknik resim çizimi imkansız gibi görünen, insana ait prototipi üretilen bir uyluk (femur) kemiğinin, tekrar üretilmek istenmesi durumunda, üretimi için gerekli 3B model görünümünün ve teknik resminin elde edilebilmesi için tersine mühendislikte optik tarama yöntemini kullanılarak 3B CAD model görünümüne nasıl getirildiği gösterildi. Böylece elde edilen model ürünün 3B CAD model görünümleri ile modernizasyon ve tasarımları yapılarak tekrar üretilebilir.Reverse engineering is the handling of designs and data required for the production of a model product using a premanufactured or existing model product. Using the tomographic image of a patient with thigh (femur) and tibial bone loss in the thesis study, we tried to obtain a 3D model view using bone geometry tissue to digitizer programs for the design and production of bone incision guide pieces to be used in the attachment of personal knee prosthesis and prosthesis . In addition, if it is desired to reproduce a thigh (femur) bone of a human made prototypepi, which seems impossible to design and draw a technical drawing, it is possible to obtain a 3D model view for production and a 3D CAD how it was brought to the model view. The resulting model can be reproduced with modern 3D CAD model views and modernization designs.
