ÜNİVERSİTE ÖĞRENCİLERİNİN REKREASYONEL FAYDA ALGISI VE MUTLULUK DÜZEYLERİNİN İNCELENMESİ (FIRAT ÜNİVERSİTESİ ÖRNEĞİ)

Abstract

Bu çalışmanın temel amacı Fırat Üniversitesi'nde öğrenim gören öğrencilerin bazı demografik değişkenleri ile rekreasyonel fayda algısı ve mutluluk düzeyleri arasındaki ilişkinin incelenmesi oluşturmuştur. Araştırmanın evrenini Elazığ İli Fırat Üniversitesi'nde öğrenim gören öğrenciler oluşturmuş ve 1100 öğrenciye ulaştırılmıştır. Verilerin analizinde Lisanslı SPSS 22 analiz programı kullanılmıştır. Veriler normal dağılım sergilediğinden dolayı iki gruplu değişkenler için ındependent sample t testi, ikiden fazla gruplu değişkenler için one way anova testi yapılmıştır. One way anova testi sonucunda farkın olduğu grupları tespit etmek için tukey testinden yararlanılmıştır. Sonuç olarak; Cinsiyet, işte çalışma ve aylık gelir durumunun üniversite öğrencilerinin rekreasyonel fayda algısı ve mutluluk düzeyleri üzerinde etkisinin olmadığı, rekreasyonel aktivitelere katılmak için vakit ayıran öğrencilerin rekreasyonel fayda algı düzeylerinin yüksek olduğu ancak vakit ayırmanın öğrencilerin mutluluk düzeylerine etki etmediği, mutlu ve rekreasyonel fayda algısı yüksek olan öğrencilerin yeteneklerini fark etmelerinin daha kolay olduğu, rekreasyon fayda algısı ile mutluluk düzeyi arasında anlamlı pozitif yönde bir ilişki olduğu, bundan dolayı da rekreasyon fayda algı düzeyi yüksek olan öğrencilerin daha mutlu olduğu, rekreasyonel fayda algısının mutluluğu olumlu yönde etkilediğini belirlenmiştir. The main purpose of this study was to examine the relationship between some demographic variables and recreational benefit perception and happiness levels of students studying at Fırat University. The population of the research consisted of students studying at Fırat University in Elazığ Province and was delivered to 1100 students. Licensed SPSS 22 analysis program was used to analyze the data. Since the data exhibited normal distribution, independent sample t test was performed for variables with two groups, and one way anova test was performed for variables with more than two groups. As a result of the one way anova test, Tukey test was used to identify the groups where there was a difference. In conclusion; Gender, employment and monthly income status have no effect on the recreational benefit perception and happiness levels of university students, students who spend time to participate in recreational activities have high recreational benefit perception levels, but spending time does not affect the students' happiness levels, happy and recreational benefit perception is high. It has been determined that it is easier for students with high level of recreation benefit to realize their abilities, there is a significant positive relationship between the perception of recreation benefit and the level of happiness, therefore students with a high level of perception of recreation benefit are happier, and the perception of recreational benefit affects happiness positively.
