COVİD-19 SALGINI SÜRECİNDE HEMŞİRELERİN TÜKENMİŞLİK DÜZEYLERİNİN İNOVASYON ALGISINA ETKİSİ: ELÂZIĞ İLİ ÖRNEĞİ

Abstract

Bu çalışma, Elazığ ili kamuda çalışan hemşirelerin tükenmişliklerinin inovasyon algısına etkisinin belirlenmesi amacıyla kurgulanmıştır. Çalışmanın örneklemini Elazığ ili kamuda çalışan 310 hemşire oluşturmuştur. Araştırmada veriler "Maslach Tükenmişlik Envanteri" ve "Bireysel Yenilikçilik Ölçeği" anket formu toplama araçları ile toplanmıştır. Çalışma sonucunda, İnovasyon ve tükenmişlik düzeyleri arasında istatistiksel açıdan anlamlı bir ilişki olup olmadığına bakıldığında, katılımcıların inovasyon ve tükenmişlik düzeyleri arasında hafif düzeyde, olumlu ve anlamlı bir ilişki olduğu tespit edilmiştir. Ayrıca katılımcıların tükenmişlik düzeyleri cinsiyet, medeni duruma göre kıyaslandığında istatistiksel açıdan anlamlı bir farklılık bulunamamışken, yaş durumu ve aylık gelir durumuna göre anlamlı farklılık tespit edilmiştir. Bunun yanında katılımcıların tükenmişlik düzeyleri görev yapılan hastane, pozisyon ve birimlere göre anlamlı farklılık göstermemiştir. İnovasyon düzeyleri incelendiğinde ise görev yapılan birime göre anlamlı farklılık bulunmuşken, eğitim durumlarına göre anlamlı farklılık tespit edilmemiştir. Bu ulaşılan sonuçlar neticesinde İnovasyona dayalı düşünce yaklaşımını benimseyen okul ve enstitülerin kurulması ve disiplinler arası yaklaşımla sağlık başta olmak üzere tüm eğitim alanına hâkim bir yaklaşımın benimsenmesi önerilebilir.

This study was designed in order to determine the effect of burnout of public nurses in Elazig province on their perception of innovation. The sample of the study consisted of 310 nurses working in the public sector in Elazig. In the research, data were collected with the "Maslach Burnout Inventory" and "Individual Innovation Scale" questionnaire form collection tools. As a result of the study, when it was examined whether there was a statistically significant relationship between innovation and burnout levels, it was determined that there was a slight, positive and significant relationship between the innovation and burnout levels of the participants. In addition, when the burnout levels of the participants were compared according to gender and marital status, no statistically significant difference was found, while a significant difference was found according to age and monthly income. In addition, the burnout levels of the participants did not differ significantly according to the hospitals, positions and units. When the innovation levels were examined, there was a significant difference according to the unit, but no significant difference was found according to the education level. As a result of these results, it can be recommended to establish schools and institutes that adopt an innovation-based thinking approach and to adopt an approach that dominates the entire field of education, especially health, with an interdisciplinary approach.
