HZ. ALİ'NİN HADİS RİVÂYETİNDEKİ YERİ (KÜTÜB-İ SİTTE ÖZELİNDE)

Abstract

Bu çalışmamızda, Kütüb-i Sitte özelinde, Hz. Ali'nin rivâyet ettiği hadîsler ve kendisinin söz ve uygulamaları incelenmiş, onun hadîs ve sünnetin naklindeki yeri tespit edilmeye çalışılmıştır. Hz. Ali, Hz. Peygamberin damadı, dostu, en yakını olarak bilinir. Bunların yanında Hz. Peygamberden gelen hadîslerin aktarılmasında en önemli sahabîlerden birisidir. Hadîs rivâyet etme noktasında muksirûn (çok hadîs rivâyet edenler) olmasa da, ondan gelen rivâyetler Fıkıh, Tefsir, Kelam, İslam Tarihi vb. bilim dallarında önemli konulara kaynaklık etmiştir. Hz. Ali'den merfû' ve mevkûf birçok hadîs kaydedilmiştir. Biz çalışmamızda Hz. Ali'den Kütüb-i Sitte özelinde, tekrarsız 186, tekrarlarıyla beraber 547 rivâyeti değerlendirdik. Neticede tespit ettiğimiz rivâyetlerin tekrarlarıyla beraber 355 sahîh (tekrarsız 92), 87 hasen (tekrarsız 63), yine tekrarlarıyla beraber 103 zayıf (tekrarsız 71), 2'de mevzû' rivâyet tespit ettik. Tespit ettiğimiz rivâyetlerin Kütüb-i Sitte'deki dağılımı şöyledir: Altı hadîs imamının tekrarsız rivâyetlerinin ayrı ayrı toplamı 333'tür. Buna göre Buhârî'de 67 (tekrarsız 26), Müslim'de 55 (tekrarsız 26), Ebû Dâvud'da 88 (tekrarsız 68), Tirmizî'de 131 (tekrarsız 96), Nesâî'de 110 (tekrarsız 33), İbn Mâce'de 96 (tekrarsız 84) rivâyet bulunmaktadır. In this work, specific to Kutub as-Sittah, we tried to determine Ali's (r.a.) position in the transmission of Hadith and sunna with examining his transmission narratives from the Prophet Mohammed and his own words and acts. Ali (k.v.) is known as the Prophet Mohammed's son-in-law, the friend and closest human to him. In addition to this, he is one of the most important companions who transmit the hadiths from the Prophet. Although there are not many narrators who narrate hadith, the narrations which come from him originated in important subjects such as Fıkıh, Kelam, İslamic history etc. Hadith literature booked a lot of hadith which are conveyed from the Prophet or him. In this study, we evaluate 186 narrations (unrepeated) and 5547 narrations with their repetitions from the source of al-Kutub al-Sıttah and him. Eventually, we determine that 355 real narrations with their repetitions are authentic (92 unrepeated), 87 suspicious narrations (63 unrepeated), 103 narrations with their repetitions are unreal (71 unrepeated), 2 of them are untrue. The distribution of the rumors in al-Kutub al-Sıttah that we have identified is as follows. The total of unrepeated narrations of the six hadith imams in 333. According to this, there are 67 narrations in Buhârî (unrepeated 26), in Muslim 55 (unrepeated 26), in Ebû Dâvud 88 (unrepeated 68), in Tirmizî 131 (unrepeated 96), in Nesâî 110 (unrepeated 33), in Ibn Mâce 96 (unrepeated 84).
