MALATYA İLİ'NDE GÖKKUŞAĞI ALABALIĞI YETİŞTİRİCİLİĞİ YAPAN İŞLETMELERİN SOSYO-DEMOGRAFİK ÖZELLİKLERİ

Abstract

Bu tez çalışması, Malatya ilinde bulunan gökkuşağı alabalığı yetiştiriciliği yapan işletmelerdeki personelin sosyo demografik özelliklerini tespit etmek amacıyla yapılmıştır. Çalışma 2018 yılında Malatya İl Tarım ve Orman Müdürlüğüne kayıtlı faal olan 33 adet gökkuşağı alabalığı yetiştiriciliği yapan tesis de gerçekleştirilmiştir. Anket çalışmalarıyla elde edilen sonuçlara göre yetiştiricilik yapılan tesislerde çalışanların çoğunluğu erkek ve yaş aralıkları genellikle 30-39 yaş aralığında olup, tüm çalışanların % 50'lik kısmını oluşturmaktadır. Yine medeni durumlarına bakıldığında ise çoğunluğunun evli olduğu görülmektedir. Bekâr olan personeller ise genellikle ailesi ile yaşayan kişilerdir. İşletmelerde çalışan personelin %50 den fazlasının 4 veya 5 çocuğa sahip olduğu saptanmıştır. % 41 lik kısmının ilkokul mezunu olduğu görülmekte ve eğitim seviyesinin düşük olduğu anlaşılmaktadır. Anket çalışmaları sonucuna göre, işletmelerde çalışan personellerin büyük çoğunluğunun sosyal güvencesinin olduğu belirlenmiştir. Çalışanların % 66'sinin bu meslekte 41yıldan fazla çalıştığı, mesleği seçme nedeninin ise daha çok aile mesleği olduğunu ifade etmişlerdir. İşletmelerde çalışan personelin gelir düzeyleri ortalama 1500 TL üstü olmakla birlikte, ev sahibi olan personelin çoğunlukta olduğu yapılan anket çalışmalarıyla tespit edilmiştir.

This study was carried out to determine the socio-demographic characteristics of rainbow trout farms in Malatya province. In 2018, 33 rainbow trout farms registered to Malatya Provincial Directorate of Agriculture and Forestry were carried out. According to the results obtained from the surveys, the majority of the employees in the aquaculture facilities are male and the age ranges are generally between 30-39 years and constitute 50% of all employees. When we look at their marital status again, it is seen that the majority of them are married. Single staff members are usually people who live with their families. It has been determined that more than 50% of the personnel working in the facilities have 4 or 5 children. It is seen that 41% of the employees are primary school graduates and has got low education level. According to the results of the survey studies, it is stated that the majority of the personnel working in the facilities have social rights. They stated that 66% of the employees worked in this profession for more than 41 years and the reason for choosing the profession was mostly family profession. Although the income level of the personnel working in the facilities is above 1500 TL on average, it has been determined that the majority of the staffs have got their own home.
