KARAKTER VE EYLEM DEĞERLERİ ÜZERİNDEN SERVET-İ FÜNUN ROMANINDA PSİKOLOJİK MANİPÜLASYON

Abstract

Servet-i Fünun dönemine geçişin alt yapısını hazırlayan unsurların cedid hareketine zemin oluşturan fikir ve görüş benzerlik/ayrılıkları, dönemin içinde bulunduğu siyasi, sosyolojik ve psikolojik durum anlatılır. Cedid hareketi ile birlikte ortaya çıkan eskiden yırtılım isteğinin verdiği çabayla bir salon edebiyatı tavrında cemaatten cemiyete, tebaadan tabakaya, dıştan içe, bizden ben/e yönelimde etkin olan durumlar aktarılır. Psikolojik manipülasyon kavramı, bu kavram içinde karakterlerin kendilerini ifade etme biçimleri, ben/in yüce bir varlık olduğunun farkına varan karakterin kendini ispatlaması, gerçekleştirmesi, çıkarları doğrultusunda karşısındakinin duygularını sömürüp etkilemesi, kendi ben/ini ön plana çıkaracak tavırları manipülasyon perdesi arkasından vermeye çalışması, manipülasyon kavramının Servet-i Fünun romanındaki karakterlerin sergiledikleri tavırlar ile ilişkisi aktarılmaya çalışılır.
