TASAVVUFTA CİHÂD ANLAYIŞI (ŞEYH MUHAMMED DİYÂUDDÎN ÖRNEĞİ)

Abstract

Tasavvuf ehli, insân-ı kâmil mertebesine ulaşabilmek amacıyla, kendisinde bulunan kötü ahlâk ve tutumları terbiye edebilmek için dış dünyaya karşı ilgi ve alâkalarını kesip daha çok kendi iç dünyalarına yönelmişlerdir. Kendilerini kötülüğe sevk eden nefislerini, bu uğurda başarıya ulaşabilmelerinin önünde en büyük engel olarak görmüşlerdir. İnsanın kendisinde bulunan nefsi en büyük düşman, bu düşmana karşı verilen mücâdelenin de "büyük cihâd" olduğunu kabul etmişlerdir. Kur'ân-ı Kerîm'de bulunan birçok cihâd ayetini de bu bakış açısıyla yorumlayıp kendi usûl ve erkânlarını geliştirmişler. Tasavvuf ehli, nefse karşı yapılan cihâdı "büyük cihâd" diye isimlendirirken, savaş meydanında düşmanlara karşı yapılan cihâdı ise "küçük cihâd" diye isimlendirmiştir. Ancak cihâdı "büyük cihâd" ve "küçük cihâd" diye sınıflandırmalarının amacı birini diğerinden daha değerli veya değersiz gördüklerinden dolayı değildir. Zira yapılan araştırmada tasavvuf ehlinin cihâdın her iki boyutunu da hayatlarında tatbik ettiklerini görmekteyiz. Bu sınıflandırmadaki amaç nefse karşı verilen mücâdelenin; insanın akıl bâliğ olduğu günden ölümüne kadar süren bir cihâd çeşidi olmasından ve bu cihâdın zorluğundan kaynaklanmaktadır.The people of Sûfîsm, in order to reach the level of the perfect human being, have cut off their interests and ties to the outside world and turned to their inner worlds in order to train their bad morals and attitudes. They saw their nafs, which led them to evil, as the biggest obstacle to their success in this cause. They claimed that the struggle against the ego, which is the greatest enemy in man, is the "great jihad". They interpreted many jihad verses in the Qur'an from this point of view and developed their own methods and methods. The people of Sûfîsm named the jihad against the nafs as the "great jihad", and the jihad against the enemies on the battlefield as the "small jihad". However, the purpose of classifying jihad as "major jihad" and "small jihad" is not because they see one as more valuable or worthless than the other. Because, in the research, we see that the people of mysticism practice both dimensions of jihad in their lives. The purpose of this classification is the struggle against the soul; This is due to the fact that man is a type of jihad that lasts from the day he is wise to his death, and that this jihad is difficult.
