KALKON İÇEREN POLİMERLERİN MANYETİK NANOKOMPOZİTLERİNİN SENTEZİ

Abstract

Bu çalışmada, öncelikle üç farklı kalkon bileşiği sentezlendi. Daha sonra bu kalkon bileşikleri akriloil klorür ile reaksiyona sokularak kalkon yan gruplu monomerler sentezlendi. Sentezlenen monomerler ile ticari monomer olan metil metakrilat kullanılarak kopolimerler sentezlendi. Kopolimerler sentezlenirken serbest radikalik polimerizasyon metodu kullanıldı. Sentezlenen tüm bileşiklerin karakterizasyonları yapıldı. Sentezlenen kopolimerlerden nanokompozitler hazırlandı. Nanokompozitlerin hazırlanması için kopolimerlere %1, %5 ve %10 oranlarında Fe2O3 ilave edildi. Hazırlanan nanokompozitlerin termal ölçümleri alındı.

In this study, first of all, three different chalcone compounds were synthesized. Later, these chalcone compounds were reacted with acryloyl chloride and monomers with chalcone side groups were synthesized. Copolymers are synthesized using synthesized monomers and the commercial monomer methyl methacrylate. A free radical polymerization method was used while synthesizing the copolymers. Characterizations of all synthesized compounds were performed. Nanocomposites were prepared from synthesized copolymers. For the preparation of nanocomposites, 1%, 5% and 10% Fe2O3 were added to the copolymers. Thermal measurements of the prepared nanocomposites were taken.
