SOSYAL AĞ TABANLI MODELLEME YÖNTEMİYLE GSM KULLANICILARINA EN UYGUN TARİFENİN ÖNERİLMESİ

Abstract

GSM insanların birbirleriyle haberleşmesini sağlayan bir mobil teknolojidir. Bireyler belirli bir tarifeye sahip GSM numarasından diğer numaraları arayarak kişilerle iletişim kurarlar. Arama, aranma ve mesajlaşma ile birlikte kişiler arasında bir iletişim ağı oluşur. Bu tezde, sosyal ağ tabanlı bir modelleme yöntemiyle iletişim ağındaki belirli bireylerin toplam faydası gözetilerek her bir GSM kullanıcısına en uygun tarifeyi öneren bir sistem geliştirilmiştir. Bu bildiğimiz kadarıyla belirli bir GSM kullanıcı topluluğuna en uygun tarifenin önerilmesi için sosyal ağ modeli kullanılarak yapılan ilk çalışmadır. Farklı tarifelere sahip kullanıcılardan oluşturulan bir yapay iletişim ağı üzerinde yapılan deneysel sonuçlar, yöntemin kullanılabilirliğini ve doğru sonuçlar ürettiğini gösterir.

GSM is a mobile technology that allows people to communicate with one another. The technology enables people to call others over the phone with a GSM number and a certain tariff for communication. An interpersonal communication network is established by means of calls and text messages. The purpose of the present study is to develop a system that recommending the most appropriate tariff to each GSM user through social network modelling and thus to safeguard the total utility of the participants in the communication network. To the best of our knowledge, this is the first study to use social network modelling to recommend the most appropriate tariff to a specific group of GSM users. The results of the experiment on an artificial communication network comprised of users with various tariffs suggest that the method is practical and able to yield accurate results.
