Abstract

Tezimiz 71 Numaralı Adana Şer'iyye sicilidir. Sicil Hicri 1237/1239 - Miladi 1821/1822-1823/1824 yılları arasını kapsamaktadır. Çalışmamızda öncelikle Adana hakkında bilgi verilmiştir. Şeriyye sicillerine değinilmiştir. Sonra sicilin belge özetleri ve daha sonra belgelerin transkripsiyonunu verdik. Sonuç kısmı ile araştırma son bulmaktadır. 71 Numaralı Şeriyye Sicili muhteva yönünden çok zengin olup, idari ve kazai birçok meseleyi içermektedir. Hazine değerindeki Şer'iyye Sicilleri Osmanlı devlet geleneğinin en önemli kanıtıdır. Osmanlı toplum yapısının etnik, dini, ekonomik, hukuk, aile yapısı hakkında bilgi vermektedir. Ayrıca vergiler, miras konularını da kapsamaktadır.

Our thesis is the Adana ecclesiastical court record number 71. The registry covers Hijri (exilic) 1237 / 1239 and Gregorian between 1821 / 1822 - 1823 / 1824. In our study, firstly information was given about Adana. Court records are mentioned. Then we provided document summaries of the record and then transcription of the documents. The research ends with the conclusion. Court registration number 71 is very rich in content and covers many administrative and judicial issues. Court records which have treasury value are the most important proof of the Ottoman state tradition. It gives information about the ethnic, religious, economic, law and family structure of the Ottoman social structure. It also covers tax and inheritance issues.
