SEREBRAL DURAL SİNÜS TROMBOZU: STATUS EPİLEPTİKUS TABLOSU İLE GELEN BİR OLGUNUN SUNUMU

Abstract

Serebral dural sinüs trombozu seyrek görülen, ağır seyirli bir hastalıktır. Klinik olarak başağrısı, bulantı, kusma, fokal nörolojik defisitler, generalize veya fokal epileptik nöbetler ve koma tablosu ile karakterizedir. Epileptik nöbet dural sinüs trombozunun sık rastlanan klinik bulgularından biri olmakla birlikte status epileptikus tablosuna literatürde sadece iki olguda rastlanmıştır. Bu çalışmada postpartum yirminci günde status epileptikus tablosu ile gelen 27 yaşındaki bir serebral dural sinüs trombozu olgusu sunulmuş ve konu literatür ışığında tartışılmıştır.

Cerebral dural sinus thrombosis is a rare but severe disease. It is clinically characterised by headache, nausea, vomiting, focal neurologic deficits, generalise or focal epileptic seizures and coma. Although seizures is common clinical sign of dural sinus thrombosis, status epilepticus was reported only in two cases in literature. In this case, a 27 years old patient at postpartum period with cerebral dural sinus thrombosis is presented and discussed under the lights of literature.
