HAZAR GÖLÜ'NDE YAKALANAN CAPOETA CAPOETA UMBLA (HECKEL, 1843)'DA BAZI AĞIR METAL MİKTARLARININ TESPİTİ

Abstract

YÜKSEK LİSANS TEZİ HAZAR GÖLÜ'NDE YAKALANAN CAPOETA CAPOETA UMBLA (HECKEL, 1843)'DA BAZI AĞIR METAL MİKTARLARININ TESPİTİ Özgür CANPOLAT Fırat Üniversitesi Fen Bilimleri Enstitüsü Su Ürünleri Temel Bilimleri Anabilim Dalı 2001, Sayfa 50 Bu çalışmada Hazar Gölü (Elazığ)'nden yakalanan 200 adet Capoeta capoeta umbla (Heckel, 1843)'nın kas, solungaç, deri, karaciğer, gonad ve böbreğinde bazı ağır metallerin (Cu, Fe, Mn, Zn, Cd, Cr, Co ve Pb) birikim düzeyleri araştırılmıştır. Atomik Absorpsiyon Spektrofotometre ile yapılan analiz sonuçlarına göre Co, Cr, Cd ve Pb Spektrofotometrenin tayin sınırlan arasında hiçbir doku ve organda belirlenememiştir. Tüm ağır metallerin en yüksek düzeyinin karaciğerde en düşük düzeyinin ise kas dokusunda olduğu belirlenmiştir. Ayrıca Cu, Fe, Mn ve Zn konsantrasyonlarının doku ve organlara göre farklılık gösterdiği bulunmuştur. Elde edilen sonuçlar WHO, FAO ve Tarım Bakanlığı'nca belirtilen ağır metaller için kabul edilebilir değerler ile karşılaştırılmış ve bu balığın besin olarak tüketildiğinde insan sağlığı açısından bir risk oluşturmadığı belirlenmiştir. II ABSTRACT Masters Thesis THE DETERMINATION OF SOME HEAVY METAL LEVELS IN CAPOETA CAPOETA UMBLA (HECKEL, 1843) CAUGTH IN HAZAR LAKE Özgür CANPOLAT Fırat University Graduate School of Natural and Applied Sciences Department of Basic Aquatic Sciences 2001, Page 50 In this study, the levels of some heavy metals (Cu, Fe, Mn, Zn, Cd, Cr, Co and Pb) in muscle, gill, skin, liver, gonad and kidney of 200 of Capoeta capoeta umbla caught in Hazar Lake (Elazığ) have been investigated. Co, Cr, Cd and Pb were not found in detectable levels in any organs and tissues according to results obtained by Atomic Absorption Spectrophotometer. The level of all heavy metals were the highest in liver and the lowest in the muscle. In addition, it has been found that the concentrations of Cu, Fe, Mn and Zn were different according to tissues and organs. The results were compared with the other tolerable values for heavy metals provided from WHO, FAO and Ministry of Agriculture and it was determined that there was not any risk for humans healty when this fish species was consumed as food.
