KUR'AN-I KERİM'E GÖRE ''KİBİR''

Abstract

Allah Teâlâ, bu dünyayı imtihan ve musibet, ahiret hayatını ise ceza ve mükâfat yeri olarak yaratmıştır. İnsanları da imtihana tabi tutmak için bu dünyaya mükemmel bir şekilde yaratıp gönderen Allah, onlara hayra ve şerre yönelme kabiliyeti vermiş, hayra yönelmeyi emrederken, şerre yönelmeyi de yasaklamıştır. Cenab-ı Allah, Kur'an-ı Kerim'de hayra yönelenleri mükâfatlandıracağını, şerre yönelenleri de cezalandıracağını beyan etmektedir. Güzel ahlak hayırken, kötü ahlak da şerdir. Güzel ahlak, toplumların temellerini güçlendirip, onların ilerlemelerine sebep olurken; kötü ahlak ise, toplumların temellerini zayıflatıp, onların yıkılmasına sebep olmaktadır. Toplumların yıkılmasına, fertlerin de maddi ve manevi yönden yıpranmalarına sebep olan kötü ahlaklardan biri de; insanların kendisini büyük görerek, başkalarına karşı aşağılayıcı bir şekilde davranması anlamına gelen ''kibir''dir. Kibir konusunda yapılan bu çalışmada ''kibir'' kavramının sözlük ve terim anlamı yapılarak, Kuran'da kibirle ilgili kullanılan kelimelerin anlamları araştırıldıktan sonra bu kavramın sebepleri ve çeşitleri incelenerek, konuyla ilgili olarak Kur'an-ı Kerim'de kibir kıssalarından örnekler verilerek konunun daha iyi anlaşılması sağlanılacaktır. Allah Almighty has created this world as a trial and a tribulation, and the life of the hereafter (after death) as a place of punishment and reward. In order to put people to trial, Allah, who created and sent them to the world, gave them the ability to turn towards charity and enormity, and ordered to turn to the charity, and forbade them to turn to the enormity. Allah Almighty declares in the Qur'an that he will reward those who turn towards charity and punish those who turn towards the enormity. One of those charities is good morality, and one of the enormity is bad morality. Good morality strengthens the foundations of the societies and causes them to rise, while bad morality weakens the foundations of societies and causes them to be demolished. One of the bad morals which causes the destruction of the societies and the material and spiritual (moral) aspects of the members are also arrogance. In this study about arrogance, the concept of "arrogance" is defined and after explaining the meanings of the words used about arrogance in the Qur'an. The reason and the types of arrogance are examined and the understanding of the subject is better understood by given examples from arrogant anecdotes in the Qur'an will be provided.
