BİNGÖL KENT MERKEZİNDE KARAYOLU ULAŞIMINDAN KAYNAKLI GÜRÜLTÜ DÜZEYLERİNİN BELİRLENMESİ

Abstract

Bu çalışmada ölçüm yapılacak koordinatlar Bingöl ilinin genelini temsil edecek şekilde seçilecek ve koordinatları GPS cihazı ile belirlenecektir. Gürültü ölçümlerinin yapılmasında gürültü ölçüm cihazı kullanılabileceği gibi imkanlar dahilinde programlar da kullanılabilecektir. Gürültü seviyelerine bağlı olarak ve ileri dönemlerdeki gürültü seviyeleri tahmin edilerek gürültünün azaltılması ve kontrol altına alınması için alınacak önlemler ve yapılabilecek planlamalar belirlenecek, başka illerde daha önce yapılan çalışmalar da dikkate alınarak önerilerde bulunulacaktır.

In this study, the coordinates to be measured will be selected to represent the whole of Bingöl province and their coordinates will be determined by the GPS device. Noise measuring device can be used to make noise measurements, and programs can also be used within the possibilities. Depending on the noise levels and by estimating the noise levels in the future, the measures to be taken and the plans that can be made to reduce and control the noise will be determined, and suggestions will be made taking into account the previous studies in other provinces.
