ELAZIĞ İLİ MERKEZ İLÇEDE YETİŞTİRİLEN ENDÜSTRİ BİTKİLERİNDE VE DIŞ MEKAN SÜS BİTKİLERİNİN BAZILARINDA GÖRÜLEN FUNGAL HASTALIK ETMENLERİNİN TESPİTİ

Abstract

Bu çalışmada Elazığ ili Merkez ilçede yetiştirilen endüstri bitkileri ve dış mekan süs bitkilerinin bazılarında görülen fungal hastalık etmenleri tespit edilmeye çalışılmıştır. Çalışmanın materyalini endüstri bitkilerinden pamuk ve şeker pancarı, dış mekan süs bitkilerinden ise gül, hanımeli, ateş dikeni, kadife çiçeği, kasımpatı, petunya, karanfil, aslanağzı, şebboy, kurtbağrı, sardunya ve hercai menekşe oluşturmuştur. Materyaller; Elazığ il Merkez ilçeye bağlı Altınova ve Kuzova köyleri, Şeker Fabrikasının bahçesi, Manolya Çiçekçilik ve Elazığ ili merkezindeki resmi kuruluşların bahçeleri ile özel park ve bahçelerden alınmıştır.IV Söz konusu materyaller üçer hafta arayla kontrol edilerek hastalıklı olanlarından örnekler alınmış ve belirtilerden gidilerek; Şeker pancarında; Cercospora beticola Sace, Verticillium albo-atrum Rein.et Berth., Rhizoctonia violacea Tul. ve Phytophlhora. megasperma Drecher, Pamukta; Glomerella gossypii Edg., Rhizoctania solanı Kühn., Vecticillium dahliae Kleb. Ve Rhizopus nigricans, Aspergillus niger von Tiegh., Cladosporium herbarium, Alternaria sp., gülde; Sphaerotheca pannosa (Walt.) Le'v., Phragmidium Subcorticium (pers.) Schlecht. Ve Diplocarpon rosae Wolf, Karanfilde; Uromyces dianlhi (Pers.) Niessl ve Septoria dianthi Desm., aslanağzında Puccinia antirrhini Diet. And Holw ve Pyllosticta antirrhini syd., Sardunyada; Botrytis cinerea Pers, kadife çiçeğinde; Botrytis cinerea Pers. ve Alternaria sp. fungusları tespit edilmiştir.

Fırat University Graduate School of Natural and Applied Sciences Department of Biology 2002, Page 29 In this study, It had been tried to determine the fungi that cause diseases on industrial plant and ornamental outdoor plants which are grown in the centeral district of Elazığ. The materials of this study were cotton and sugar beet from industrial plants and the rose, honeysuckle, firethorn, velvetflower, chrysanthemum, petunia, gilly flower, shapdragon, wallflower, ligustrum, geranium and violet from ornamental outdoor plants. The meterials had been taken from Altinova and Kuzova villages, which belong to the centeral district of Elazığ and the garden of sugar factory,Manolya floristry special gardens and official gardens in the centeral of Elazığ.VI The materials had been checked with the periods three weeks and samples had taken from diseased plants. So it had been determined the following fungi; In the sugar beet, Cercospora heticola Sacc, Verlicillhim albo-atrum Rein.et Berth., Rhizoctonia violacea Tul. and Phytophthora me gasper ma Drechler, in the catton; Glomerella gossypii Edg., Rhizoctania solanı Kühn., Veclicilliıım dahliae Kleb. and Rhizopus nigricans, Aspergillus niger van Tiegh., Cladosporium herbarium, Alternaria sp., in the rose; Sphaerotheca pannosa (Walt.) Le'v., Phragmidium Subcorticium (pers.) Schlecht. and. Qiplocarpon rosae Wolf, in the gillyflower; Uromyces dianthi (pers.) Niessl and Septoria dianihi Desm.. in tpe shapdragon; Puccinia antirrihini Diet, and Holw and Pyllosticta anlirrhini Syd., in the geranium; Botrytis cinerea Per, in the violet; Botrytis cinerea Pers. and Alternaria sp. had determined.
