YAPIŞTIRMA VE PİMLİ BAĞLANTILI KOMPOZİT LEVHALARDA GERİLME VE HASAR ANALİZİ

Abstract

Bu çalışmada, farklı yapılardaki örgü kompozit kumaşlardan tabakalı hibrit kompozit plakalar üretilmiştir. Üretilen plakalardan kesilen deney numuneleri pimsiz tek parça halinde, tek pimli, çift pimli ve pimli-yapıştırmalı olarak birleştirilip çekme testine tabi tutulmuştur. Pimli bağlantıların, kompozit kumaşların dizilimlerinin, hasar yükleri ve hasar tipleri üzerindeki etkileri araştırılmıştır. Elde edilen sonuçlar tablolar ve Şekiller halinde sunulmuştur. Stress and Failure Analyzes of Adhesively Bonding and Pin Jointed Composite Plates In this study, laminated hybrid composite plates were produced from composite woven fabrics for different textures. Test samples cut from the produced plates were subjected to tensile test as single-piece without pin, with single pin, with double pin and pin joint adhesively bonding together. The effects of pin joint and adhesive, for different composite fabric layout on failure loads and failure types were examined. The obtained results are presented in tables and graphics.
