TAHIL ANIZI VE HAYVAN GÜBRESİNİN SOLUCAN YEMİ OLARAK KULLANILMASININ SOLUCAN VE SOLUCAN GÜBRESİ ÜRETİM PERFORMANSINA ETKİSİ

Abstract

Bu tez çalışmasında, at gübresi, sığır gübresi ve ineklerin altında kuruluk olarak kullanılan anız saman + sığır gübresi solucan yemi olarak kullanılmıştır. Bu üç solucan yemine de % 10 kanatlı gübresi katılarak, yeni üç farklı solucan yemi hazırlanmıştır. Buna göre de at gübresi grubu, sığır gübresi grubu, saman + sığır gübresi grubu, at gübresi + %10 kanatlı gübresi grubu, sığır gübresi + %10 kanatlı gübresi ve saman + sığır gübresi + %10 kanatlı gübresi grubu adlarında altı araştırma grubu tasarlanmıştır. Bu tezin amacı farklı çiftlik gübresi ve çiftlik gübresi kombinasyonlarının solucan yemi olarak kullanılmasının solucan çoğalması ve solucan gübresi üretim miktarı ve özelliğine etkisinin tespit edilmesidir. Solucan denemesi 60 gün sürmüştür. Deneme sürecinde solucanların çoğalma düzeyi en yüksek değere 2,18 katı ile at gübresi grubunda, bunu 2,11katı ile saman + sığır gübresi grubu izlemiştir. Bunları da at gübresi + %10 kanatlı gübresi ve saman+ sığır gübresi + %10 kanatlı gübresi grupları izlemiştir. En düşük değerler de sığır gübresi + %10 kanatlı gübresi (1,66 katı) ve sığır gübresi (1.55 katı) grubunda saptanmıştır. Üretilen solucan gübresi miktarı ise en yüksek değere at gübresi + %10 kanatlı gübresi grubunda, en düşük değer de saman + sığır gübresi grubunda saptanmıştır. Solucan yemlerine göre solucan gübrelerinde ham kül düzeyi yükselmiş, organik madde, ham selüloz, azot, potasyum ve fosfor düzeyleri düşmüştür. Sonuç olarak, anız samanı + sığır gübresi solucan yemi solucan çoğalma düzeyini arttırmıştır. Bu tezde solucanların çiftlik gübrelerindeki organik ve çözünebilir mineral maddeleri tükettiği çözünmeyen ham külü tüketmediği gözlenmiştir. Anahtar Kelimeler. In this thesis, horse manure, cattle manure and stubble straw + cattle manure used as dryness under cows were used as earthworm feed. Three different worm feeds were prepared by adding 10% poultry manure to these three earthworm feeds.
