Endoscopic and biopsy results of upper gastrointestinal system in hyperemesis gravidarum cases

| dc.description.abstract | Hiperemezis Gravidarurrilu (HG) 23 olgunun (18-36 yaş, ortalama yaş 25+4) üst gastrointestinal sistem endoskopi ve biyopsi sonuçlarını araştırdık. Endoskopi bulgusu 13 olguda normal (%56.5), 7 olguda gastrit (% 30.5) 1 olguda lineer özofajit (% 4.3) ve 2 olguda bulbit (%8.7) idi. Biyopsi sonuçları i|e endoskopi bulguları genellikle uyum içerisindeydi. Sadece endoskopi bulgusu normal olan 2 olgunun biyopsi sonuçları intestinal metaplazi idi. HG'a yol açabilecek derecede anlamlı endoskopi ve biyopsi lezyonu olmadığını düşünmekteyiz. | |
