HÜSEYİN RÂCÎ TELHÎSÜ'L-İNŞÂ (İNCELEME-METİN)

Abstract

Klâsik Türk edebiyatında, belâgat, ulûm-ı edebiyye, ilmü'ş-şi'r, ilm-i inşâ gibi kavramlarla adlandırılan edebiyat bilgi ve teorisi ile ilgili konular, Batı edebiyatında, bazı farklılıkları olmakla birlikte, retorik (rhetorique) kelimesiyle karşılanmaktadır. Arap edebiyatında belâgat ile ilgili çalışmaların Kur'ân-ı Kerim'i ve dilini daha iyi anlamak amacıyla başladığını ve X. yüzyılda dil, edebiyat, edebî tenkit ve tefsir, kelâm gibi diğer Kur'ân ilimleriyle iyice geliştiğini söyleyebiliriz. Bu asırdan sonra da Arap edebiyatında belâgatin bağımsız bir bilim dalı olarak hızla geliştiğini görmekteyiz. Türk edebiyatında belâgat ile ilgili örnekler ise, daha çok Arap edebiyatından esinlenilerek ortaya çıkmıştır. Tanzimat'tan sonra özellikle okullarda okutulmak amacıyla yazılan eserlerin sayısında bir artış gözlenmektedir. Bu bağlamda orta öğrenim seviyesindeki öğrenciler için hazırlanan eserlerden biri de, Hüseyin Raci Efendi'nin yazmış olduğu Telhîsü'l İnşâ adlı eserdir. Eser, orta öğrenim seviyesindeki öğrencilere doğru ve güzel okuma-yazmayı öğretmek maksadıyla yazılmış bir ders kitabı niteliğindedir. Bu çalışmanın Giriş kısmında belâgatin gelişim süreci ve bu anlamda yazılan önemli eserler hakkında bilgi verildi. Birinci bölümde Hüseyin Raci Efendi'nin hayatı, edebî kişiliği ve eserleri üzerinde duruldu. İkinci bölümde eserin yapı ve muhteva özellikleri ele alındı. Üçüncü bölümde eserin çeviriyazısı verildi. Çalışmanın sonuna İstanbul Büyükşehir Belediyesi Atatürk Kitaplığında bulunan eserin Arap alfabeli metni eklendi. Anahtar Kelimeler: Hüseyin Râcî, Telhîsü'l-İnşâ, belâgat, inceleme, metin.

The subject related to literary knowledge and theory, which are named with concepts such as eloquence, ulum-ı literary, ilmü'ş şi'r, ilm-i inşa in classical Turkish literature, are handled with the word rhetoric, although there are some differences in western literature. We can say that the study of eloquence in Arabic literature began with a better understanding of the Quran and its language and developed in the 10th century with other Qur'anic sciences such as language, literature, literary criticism and commentary, kalam. After this century, we see that eloquence in Arabic literature has developed rapidly as an independent science. Examples of eloquence in Turkish literature has emerged more inspired by arabic literature. After Tanzimat, there is an increase in the number of works written especially to be taught at schools. In this context, one of the works prepared for students at secondary level is the work called Telhisu'l-İnşâ written by Hüseyin Raci Efendi. The work is a textbook written in order to teach correct and beautiful literacy to secondary school students. In the introductory part of this study, the development process of rhetoric and important works written in this sense are given. In the first part, the life, literary personality and works of Hüseyin Raci Efendi were discussed. In the second chapter, the structure and content features of the work were discussed. In the third chapter, the translation of the work was given. At the end of the study, the Arabic alphabet of the work in the Istanbul Metropolitan Municipality Atatürk library was added.
