YUTUCU PLAKASI GÖZENEKLİ MALZEMEDEN YAPILMIŞ BİR HAVALI GÜNEŞ KOLLEKTÖRÜNÜN ENERJİ VE EKSERJİ ANALİZİ

Abstract

Bu çalışmada havalı bir güneş kollektörünün enerji ve ekserji analizleri yapılmıştır. Havalı kollektörün hava geçiş kanalları ve yutucu yüzeyi, gözenekli bulaşık telleri kullanılarak oluşturulmuştur. Deneysel çalışma için üç farklı yutucu yüzey kullanılmıştır. Birinci tip yutucu yüzey olarak karmaşık yüzey (Tip I), ikinci tip yutucu yüzey olarak az karmaşık yüzey (Tip II), üçüncü tip yutucu yüzey olarak düz yüzey (Tip III) kullanılmıştır. Üç farklı yutucu yüzey olarak imal edilen bu yüzeylerin üzerine bulaşık telleri karmaşık ve az karmaşık olarak yerleştirilmiştir. Bir tane yutucu yüzey de boş bırakılmıştır. Tüm yüzeyler siyah mat boya ile boyanarak güneş ışınımından daha fazla yararlanılmıştır. Bulaşık telleri yan yana ve uç uca eklenerek selenoid şekilde yapıştırıldıktan sonra siyah mat boya ile boyanmıştır. Deneylerde, hava geçiş kanallarından geçen havanın kütlesel debisi 0.05 kg/s ve 0.025 kg/ s olarak değiştirilerek en uygun debi değeri 0.05 kg/s olarak bulunmuştur. Kollektör kasasının dış yan kenarları ve altı alüminyum malzemeden yapılmış olup, dış havaya bakan bu yüzeyler yalıtım malzemesi ile sıkı bir şekilde izole edilmiştir. Bu kollektör yatayla 37 0 açı yapacak şekilde ve üzerine gölge düşmeyecek biçimde bir sehpa üzerine güneye bakacak şekilde yerleştirilmiştir. Kollektör verim hesaplamalarının yapılabilmesi için kollektör giriş sıcaklığı, çıkış sıcaklığı, ışınım değeri, hava hızı, basınç farkı ölçülmüştür. Kollektör yüzeyinin karmaşıklık oranı arttıkça kollektör verimin arttığı tespit edilmiştir. Ayrıca debi değerinin artması ile kollektör verimin arttığı tespit edilmiştir.In this study, energy and exergy analyzes of a cool solar collector have been made. The outer side edges and bottom of the collector case are made of aluminum material, and these surfaces facing the outside air are tightly insulated with insulation material. This collector is placed at an angle of 37 ° with the horizontal and facing south on a stand without any shadows falling on it. In order to make collector efficiency calculations, collector inlet temperature, outlet temperature, radiation value, air velocity, pressure difference were measured. It has been determined that as the complexity ratio of the collector surface increases, the collector efficiency increases. In addition, it has been determined that the collector efficiency increases with the increase of the flow rate.
