MUŞ MİLLETVEKİLLERİ VE TBMM FAALİYETLERİ (1920-1960)

Abstract

Temmuz 2025, Sayfa: IX + 101 Türk demokratikleşme tarihi ve Türk parlamento tarihi açısından 23 Nisan 1920 tarihinde TBMM'nin kurulması oldukça önemlidir. TBMM'nin kurulmasıyla birlikte cumhuriyetin temelleri atılmıştır. TBMM, Kurtuluş Savaşı'nın devam ettiği günlerde olağanüstü şartlarda kurulmuş kurucu meclis olup I. TBMM'de (1920-1923) Muş, bu dönemde yedi milletvekili ile temsil edilmiştir. Muş, ikinci yasama döneminde üç milletvekili, üçüncü, dördüncü ve beşinci yasama döneminde dört milletvekili, altıncı ve yedinci yasama döneminde üç milletvekili, sekizinci dönemde üç milletvekili, dokuzuncu dönemde iki milletvekili, onuncu dönemde üç, on birinci dönemde ise dört milletvekili ile temsil edilmiştir. Araştırma kapsamında TBMM'nin birinci yasama döneminden on birinci yasama dönemine kadar geçen süreçte Muş'ta siyasi hayat, Muş milletvekilleri ve meclis çalışmaları, yerel ve ulusal sorunlara karşı, Muş milletvekillerinin çözüm çareleri üzerinde durulmaktadır. The formation of the Turkish Grand National Assembly on April 23, 1920 is very important in terms of Turkish democratization history and Turkish parliamentary history. The foundations of the republic were laid with the establishment of the Turkish Grand National Assembly. The Turkish Grand National Assembly was a constituent assembly established in extraordinary circumstances during the days when the War of Independence was ongoing, and Muş was represented by seven deputies in the 1st Turkish Grand National Assembly (1920-1923). Muş was represented by three deputies in the second legislative period, four deputies in the third, fourth and fifth legislative periods, three or two deputies in the list and seventh legislative periods, three deputies in the eighth period, two deputies in the ninth period, three deputies in the tenth period and one deputie in the first period. Within the scope of the research, the political life in Muş from the first legislative period of the Turkish Grand National Assembly to the first legislative permissions, Muş deputies and parliamentary work, the solution maintenance of Muş deputies against local and national autonomy are emphasized.
