PİNUS BRUTİA TEN. (KIZIL ÇAM) UÇUCU YAĞININ SKOPOLAMİN İLE OLUŞTURULAN ALZHEİMER TİPİ DEMANS RAT MODELİNDEKİ DAVRANIŞSAL ETKİLERİ

Abstract

Demans çeşitlerinden biri olan Alzheimer hastalığı (AH) en yaygın ve popüler olanıdır ve zamanla ilerleyen nörodejeneratif hastalıklardan biridir. Patofizyolojisi ile ilgili önemli özellikleri belirlenmiş olmasına rağmen hala AH?nın kesin nedenleri tam olarak anlaşılamamıştır. Yaşadığımız bu çağda AH hastalığına kesin bir tedavi imkanı sunulamamaktadır. Bu çalışmada, Pinus brutia uçucu yağının skopolamin ile oluşturulan AH modeli üzerindeki etkilerinin birkaç test kullanılarak ortaya konulması amaçlanmıştır. Sağlık ve alternatif / tamamlayıcı tıp alanında ülkemize yeni bir veri kaynakları kazandırması bakımından bu çalışma ve sonuçları önemlidir. Bu çalışmada Türkiye?de doğal yayılış gösteren ve dünyada "Türk çamı" olarak geçen P. brutia'nın uçucu yağının hayvanlarda skopolamin ile oluşturulan Alzheimer tipi demans rat modelinde sinirsel açıdan, davranışsal etkileri araştırılmıştır. P. brutia uçucu yağının AH en önemli semptomları olan hafıza bozuklukları, endişe ve depresyon gibi davranışsal semptomları üzerine etkileri incelenmiştir. Doğal yetişme habitatlarından toplanan bitki türüne ait dal ucu örneklerin uçucu yağları izole edilmiş ve uçucu yağ bileşenleri GC-MS/FID sistemi kullanılarak belirlenmiştir. Farmakolojik bir yöntem olan skopolamin enjeksiyonu ile AH hayvan modeli oluşturulmuştur. Davranış testlerinden önce kontrollü olarak uçucu yağ (SEO%1 ve SEO%3) solunumuna maruz bırakılmıştır. P. brutia uçucu yağı Alzheimer tipi demans modelinin tedavisine yönelik ipuçları ve yararlı sonuçlar vermiştir..

Alzheimer's disease (AD) is one of the most common and popular forms of dementia and is one of the neurodegenerative diseases progressing over time. Although important features related to pathophysiology have been identified, the exact causes of AD are still not fully understood. In this age, we do not provide a definitive treatment for AD. Determination of the effects of Pinus brutia essential oil on AH model by using many tests will add a new vision to our country in the field of health and alternative medicine and contribute to the evaluation of natural resources. This study in Turkey, "Turkey and the world as well, naturally occurring pine as last P.brutia created with the essential oils of scopolamine in animals suffering Alzheimer type dementia rat model of neural, behavioral effects were investigated. The effects of P.brutia essential oil on behavioral symptoms such as memory disorders, anxiety and depression which are the most important symptoms of AD were investigated.
