Abstract

Cihan Tarihinin Umûmî Hatları adlı eser, xx. yy'ın başlarında meydana gelen Cihan Harbinin toplumların ekonomik, sosyal ve siyasi yapısında meydana getirdiği büyük değişimin doğurduğu yeni yapıdaki milletlerarası münâsebetleri anlatmaktadır. Eserde bütün egemenlikler, tek bir egemenlik içinde eritilmezse, milliyetlerin üstünde bir güç yaratılmazsa dünyanın yok olacağı belirtilmektedir. Ayrıca insanlar kendi ortaya çıkardıkları şeyler altında ezilmek itemiyorlarsa er geç federal bir dünya devleti altında birleşmelidirler.
