BAZI SCHİFF BAZI TÜREVLERİ VE METAL KOMPLEKSLERİNİN ANTİOKSİDAN VE ANTİTÜMÖR ÖZELLİKLERİNİN İNCELENMESİ

Abstract

Bu araştırmada, terefaldehitden türetilmiş Schiff bazı ve bunun metal komplekslerinin hücre kültürü ortamına ilave edilmesi ile lipit peroksidasyonunun derecesini gösteren MDA düzeyleri üzerine olan etkisi, in vitro şartlarda antioksidan özelliği ve anti tümör aktivitesi araştırıldı.Deney grupları arasındaki karşılaştırılmalarda MDA düzeylerinin istatistiksel olarak değiştiği gözlendi. Ölçülen parametreler ve deney süresince canlı hücre sayısına bakıldığında ligand ve komplekslerinin MCF-7 hücre tipinde etkili bir anti tümör aktiviteye sahip olduğu görüldü.Sonuç olarak, ölçülen parametreler bütün maddelerin oksidatif stres oluşturduğunu göstermektedir.Anahtar kelimeler: HPLC, Schiff Bazı, MDA, Antioksidan Aktivite, Antitümör Aktivite

In this research, the effect of tereftalic aldehyde Schiff base derivative and its metal complexes on the MDA concentration which is an andicator of Lipid peroxidation, in vitro antioxidant activity and antitumour activity were investigated in cell culture media.In the comparision done among groups, it was observed that MDA concentrations were statistically changed. Looking at the measured parameters during the experiment, the number of live cells, the ligand and complexes is seen an effective antitümör activity in the MCF-7 cell types.In conclusion, the parameters measured here in the show taht all compounds caused a considerable oxidative stres.Key Word: HPLC, Schiff Base, MDA, Antioxidant Activity, Antitumuor Activity
