COVID-19 PANDEMİSİNİN TÜRKİYE'DEKİ TOPLUMSAL ETKİLERİNE SOSYOLOJİK BİR BAKIŞ

Abstract

Covid-19 pandemisi, ortaya çıktığı günden beri toplumları etkisi altına almıştır. İlgili süreçten etkilenimler benzeşebildiği gibi farklılaşabilmektedir de. Toplumsal etkilenimlerle ilgili farklı kesitlerden tespitler yapılmaya devam edilmektedir. Ancak, toplumsal etkilenimlerle ilgili durum tespitleri halen gereken önlem, uygulama ve hazırlıklar için önemini korumakta ve korumaya da devam edecektir. Bu çalışma, Covid-19 pandemisinin Türkiye'deki toplumsal etkilerinin 2020-2022 tarihleri arasındaki sürecinin sosyolojik bakışla bir durum tespitine odaklanmaktadır. Konu, literatür taramasından elde edilen veriler üzerinden işlenmektedir. Çalışma beş bölümden oluşmaktadır. Birinci bölümde, araştırmanın orijinalliğine dikkat çeken giriş bölümü yer almaktadır. İkinci bölümde araştırmanın konusu, amacı, araştırmanın önemi, benzer mevcut çalışmalar ve yaklaşımlar arasındaki yeri, araştırmanın yöntemi, araştırmanın analizi ve sınırları yer almaktadır. Üçüncü bölümde, afetin tanımı, afet türleri, biyolojik afet kavramı, pandemi ve Covid-19 ilişkisi, afet süreçleri, yönetilen, risk, kriz, afet, kaos, tehlike, dirençli toplululuk, incinebilirlik/kırılganlık, çoklu afetler ve afet kültürü kavramları genel olarak değerlendirilmektedir. Dördüncü bölümde ise, Covid-19 ve toplumsal etkileri bağlamında Türkiye'deki toplumsal etkileri üzerinden elde edilen verilerin değerlendirmesi yer almaktadır. Son olarak da sonuç kısmında genel bir değerlendirme yapılmıştır. Elde edilen bulgular, toplumsal etkilenimin çok farklı açılardan ve farklı gruplar açısından söz konusu olduğunu ortaya koymaktadır. Yapılacak çalışmaların bu çalışmayla tespit edilenlerin detaylarına, uygulamalı ve analitik çalışmalarla yapılmasının önemi ortaya çıkmıştır. Covid-19'un şekil değiştiren varyantlarının halen ortaya çıkıyor olması konunun sistematik ve detaylı incelenmesinin gerekliliğini de ortaya koymaktadır.

The Covid-19 pandemic has affected societies since the day it emerged. The impacts of the relevant process can be similar or different. The detections from different sections regarding social impacts continue to be made. However, diligence on societal impacts still maintains and will continue to be important for the necessary precautions, implementations, and preparations. This study focuses on a sociological assessment of the social effects of the Covid-19 pandemic in Turkey between 2020-2022. The subject is evaluated through the data obtained from the literature review. The study consists of five parts. In the first part, the introduction section takes attentions to orginality of the research subject. In the second section, the subject of the research, the purpose, the importance of the research, its place among similar existing studies, the method, analysis, and limits of the research are included. In the third part, the definition of disaster, types of disaster, the concept of biological disaster, the relationship between the pandemic and Covid-19, disaster processes, managed, risk, crisis, chaos, danger, resilient community, vulnerability, multiple disasters, and disaster culture concepts are evaluated in general. In the fourth part, there is an evaluation of the data obtained through the example of Turkey in the context of Covid-19 and its social effects. Finally, a general evaluation was made in the conclusion part. The findings reveal that social influence is in question from many different angles and in terms of different groups. The importance of carrying out the studies to be carried out with applied analytical studies to the details of those determined by this study has emerged. The shape-shifting variants of Corona also reveal the need for a systematic and detailed study of the subject.
