| dc.description.abstract | The authors wish to correct an error in the reference list and corresponding in-text citations that occurred during the production process. Upon post-publication review, it was identified that twenty-two references were inadvertently included in the reference list due to a citation management error. These references were not intended to be part of the final manuscript. Corresponding in-text citations have been removed from the Introduction, Materials and Methods, and Discussion sections. Additionally, the following sentence has been removed from Discussion, paragraph 7: “Notably, despite similar mid-luteal progesterone levels between groups, the persistent PCX expression in hyperandrogenic phenotypes suggests suboptimal progesterone action, potentially falling below the thresholds associated with optimal live birth probability." Additionally, in the Materials and Methods section, the sentence has been corrected from:"Sample size calculation was performed using G?Power version 3.1.9.7 (Heinrich-Heine-Universität Düsseldorf, Düsseldorf, Germany) based on effect sizes reported by Sa et al. (2024). "to:" Sample size calculation was performed using G?Power version 3.1.9.7 (Heinrich-Heine-Universität Düsseldorf, Düsseldorf, Germany)." All other in-text citations and reference entries remain unchanged. These corrections do not affect the scientific conclusions of the study. The authors would like to apologise for any inconvenience caused. References Apparao, K.B., Lovely, L.P., Gui, Y., Lininger, R.A., Lessey, B.A., 2002.
