GÜNÜMÜZ MUSİKİŞİNASLARINDAN ERDAL KÜÇÜKKAYA'NIN HAYATI VE MÜZİKAL YÖNÜ

Abstract

Yüzyıllardır bu topraklarda varlığını sürdürmekte olan Türk Halk Müziği çatısı altında her geçen gün yüzlerce musikişinas yetişmekte ve bu musikişinaslar tarafından sürekli olarak bu müzik türü yenilenmekte ve gelişmektedir. Bahsi geçen musikişinaslardan biri de Erdal Küçükkaya olup gerek kendi üslubuyla türküler icra etmesiyle, gerekse bestelemiş olduğu türkülerle, halk müziğimizin genç nesil tarafından unutulmaya yüz tuttuğu bu müzik türüne önemli katkılarda bulunmaktadır. Yurt içinde ve yurt dışında ulusal yayın yapan birçok kanal ve radyolarda müzik programlarına katılan Erdal Küçükkaya, kendine özgü üslubuyla seslendirmiş olduğu türkülerin yer aldığı birçok kaset ve CD de çıkarmış, Türk halk müziğinin gelişmesine ve yayılmasına sözü edilen faaliyetleriyle mühim katkılarda bulunmuştur. İş bu çalışma Erdal Küçükkaya'nın hayatını ve musikişinaslığını konu edinmektedir.

Hundreds of musicians have been growing every day under the roof of Turkish Folk Music, which has existed in thiese lands for centuries, and this type of music is constantly renewed and developed by these musicians. One of the mentioned musicians is Erdal Küçükkaya, who has made important contributions to this genre of music, which our folk music is on the verge of being forgotten by the younger generation, both by performing folk songs in his own style and by the folk songs he composed. Erdal Kucukkaya, who participated in music programs on many channels and radios broadcasting nationally both at home and abroad, also produced many cassettes and CDs featuring the songs he performed in his own style and made important contributions to the development and dissemination of Turkish folk music with his activities mentioned. This study focuses on the life and musical career of Erdal Kucukkaya.
