ÇEVRİMİÇİ ARAÇLARIN EĞİTSEL KULLANIMININ ÖĞRENCİ BAŞARISI VE GÖRÜŞLERİNE ETKİSİ

Abstract

Bu araştırmanın amacı çevrimiçi eğitim araçlarının eğitsel kullanımının öğrenci başarısı ve görüşlerine etkisini belirlemektir. Çevrimiçi araçların eğitsel kullanımının öğrenci başarı ve görüşlerinin belirlenmeye çalışıldığı bu araştırma deneme modelinde deneysel bir araştırma olarak desenlenmiştir.Araştırmanın çalışma evrenini İzmir ili Kemalpaşa İlçesi Armutlu Beldesi'nde yaşayan ilköğretim sekizinci sınıf öğrencileri oluşturmaktadır. Araştırmanın örneklemini ise bilgisayar ve internet bağlantısına sahip olan öğrenciler oluşturmaktadır. Bu paralelde, 2008-2009 yılı SBS sınavı not aralığı 300-350 aralığında olan öğrenciler arasından rastlantısal olarak seçilen öğrencilerden deney ve kontrol grupları oluşturulmuştur.Araştırma sonucu elde edilen bulgulardan bazıları şunlardır; Deney-1, Deney-2 ve Kontrol gruplarının başarıları arasında Deney-2 yani hem geleneksel sınıf ortamında hem de çevrimiçi eğitim ortamında eğitim alan katılımcıların daha başarılı olduğu görülmüştür. Sadece çevrimiçi eğitim ortamında eğitim alan öğrencilerin çevrimiçi eğitim araçlarına yönelik daha olumlu görüşe sahip oldukları belirlenmiştir.Anahtar Kelimeler: Çevrimiçi eğitim, bilgisayar ortamında tartışma, e-günlük, başarı, öğrenme yönetimi sistemi.

The aim of this study is to determine how online instructional tools can effect students? achievement and opinions. This study is designed as an experimental study to determine the effects of use online tools in instructional settings on students? achievement and views.The students in grade 8th will form the review stage of the study. These students live in Armutlu town which is a town of Kemalpaşa city. The sample of this study will be formed by the students who have computer and internet. The students who will form the sample of the study are coincidentally choosen from the students who have 300-350 points from SBS (Degree determination exam) in 2008-2009 education year. Experimental and control groups are formed with these students.These are some results of the study: when we evaluate the experimental and control groups, we realise that the students having education not only in traditional classroom but also on online education environment are more successful. It is determined that the students have been trained on online environment are more apt to online education resources.Key words: On-line education, Computer mediated communication, Blog, Learning management system.
