VERBASCUM NATOLİCUM (FİSCH. VE MEY. ) HUM.-MOR. VE VERBASCUM MELİTENENSE HUB.-MOR. VE VERBASCUM EUPHRATİCUM BENTHAM TÜRLERİNİN TAKSONOMİK YÖNDEN İNCELENMESİ

Abstract

Hub.-Mor. ve Verbascum melitenense Hııb.-Mor. ve Verbascıım euphraticum Bentham TÜRLERİNİN TAKSONOMİK YÖNDEN İNCELENMESİ Tahir ÇAKIR Fırat Üniversitesi Fen Bilimleri Enstitüsü Biyoloji Anabil im Dalı 2003, Sayfa: 40 Bitkiler aleminde Verbascum (Sığır Kuyruğu) L. cinsi taksonomik açıdan Scrophularıaceae familyasına yerleştirilmiş bir cinstir. Bir, iki ve çok yıllık otsu nadiren küçük çalılar şeklinde olan cins üyeleri sandan maviye kadar değişen çiçeklere sahiptir. 359 kadar taksona sahip olan cinsin ülkemizde doğal yayılış gösteren taksonlarının % 79'u ise endemiktir. Genelde Akdeniz fitocoğrafik bölgesinde yayılış gösterir. Kırmızı kitapla; A grubunda yer alan Verbascum natolicum (Fisch & Mey) Hub.-Mor. ve H grubunda yeralan Verbascum melitenense Hub.-Mor. LR (nt), E grubunda yer alan V. euphraticum Bentham VU kategorisinde yer almaktadır. Çalışmada türlerin sistematiğine katkıda bulunmak amacıyla türlerin morfolojik, anatomik, palinolojik ve kimyasal Özellikleri incelenmiştir. Elazığ ili ve çevresinden toplanan örneklerin morfolojik ve morfometrik özellikleri belirlendi, üç tür arasındaki farklılıklar ve benzerlikler saptandı. Kök, gövde ve yapraklarından enine ve yüzeysel kesitlerle anatomik özellikleri ışık mikroskobu kullanılarak belirlendi. Polen özellikleri ise yine ışık mikroskobu yardımı ile belirlendi. Bitkilerin polen karakterleri; Verbascum natolicum' da polen tipi trikolpat, polen şekli suboblat, ornemantasyon ise retiküler, V. euphraticum ve V. melitenense de ise polen tipi trikolpat, polen şekli oblat, ornemantasyonu ise retiküler olarak bulunmuştur. Tohum yağ asitleri ekstraksiyon ve metilleştirme işlemlerinden sonra GC-MS (Gaz kromatografisi-Kütle spektrofotometrisi) ile analiz edilmiş ve linoleik, linolenik, oleik ve palmitik yağ asitleri her üç türde de yüksek oranlarda bulunmuştur. Bazı yeni karakterler saptanmış ve cins modelleri ile tartışılarak türlerin sistematiğine katkılar yapılmıştır. Verbascum melitenense Hub.-Mor. and Verbascum euphraiicum Beiitliam (Scrophulariaceae) SPECIES IN VIEW OF TAXONOMY Tahir ÇAKIR Fırat University Graduate School of Natural and Applied Science Department of Biology 2003, page 40 Abstract: Verbascum L. genus is represented in Scrophulariaceae family in point of taxonomy. The genus members are herbs or rarely small shrubs, annual, biennual and perennial formed and they have varied flowers from yellow to blue. 79% of totally 359 taxa naturally grown in Turkey are endemic. It is generally distributed in Mediterrenean region. Verbascum naiolicum (Fisch & Mey.) Hub.-Mor. and V. melitenense Hub.-Mor. takes place in LR (nt) categories, also V. euphraiicum Bentham in VU categories in Red data book. In the study, it is aimed that the morphological, anatomical, palinologycal, chemical features of three species were investigated to do contribution of the systematics of the species. The morphological and morphometrical features of the species collected from Elazig and vicinity and differences and similarities among the three species were determined. Anatomical features with the surface and cross sections from the roots, stems and the leaves of taxa were determined by using light microscope. Pollen characters of studied species, Verbascum natolicum has tricolpate pollen type and suboblate pollen shape, they are found in Verbascum euphraiicum and Verbascum melitenense as tricolpate and oblate. Reticular Pollen ornemantation of the studied species was also found. Seed fatty acids were analysed with the GC-MS (Gas Chromatography - Mass Spectrophotometry) after extraction and methylation process and linoleic, linolenic, oleic and palmitic acids were determined at the high ratio in studied each three species.
