İBNÜ'L-IRÂKÎ'NİN MÜBHEM HADİS LİTERATÜRÜNE KATKISI (EL-MÜSTEFÂD ÖRNEĞİ)

Abstract

Çalışmamızda, hadis ilminde önemli kültür mirasının oluştuğu bir dönemde yaşamış, bu mirasa eserleriyle katkıda bulunmuş, ilmi birikimi ve sonraki dönem âlimlerinden olmasına rağmen mübhem konusunda yeni bir form tertip etmesiyle dikkat çeken Ebû Zur'a İbnü'l-Irâkî'nin ilmi mesaisi, el-Müstefâd min Mübhemâti'l-Metn ve'l-İsnad isimli eseri ve bu eserin mübhemât literatürüne katkıları incelenmiştir. Metinde yahut senedde ismin kapalı olarak bulunması anlamına gelen mübhem kavramının mütekaddimun ve müteahhirun dönemlerinde kullanımları tetkik edilmiştir. Bu bağlamda hadis usulü ilminin geçirdiği merhaleler incelenmiş ve mütekaddimun döneminde âlimlerin ilmi tahlillere öncelik vermesi sebebiyle ıstılah oluşturma çabasında olmadıkları görülmüştür. Istılahın oluşmasıyla hadis ilimleri ve terimleri ile bağlantısı incelenmiş, klasik ve modern dönem âlimlerinin ıstılaha sundukları katkılar tespit edilmiştir. Mübhemât literatürü incelenmiş ve el-Müstefâd dışındaki eserlerde yalnızca hadis metinlerinde bulunan mübhemlerin beyan edildiği görülmüştür. İbnü'l-Irâkî'nin ise hadis metinlerinde bulunan mübhemlerin yanında senedlerde bulunan mübhemleri beyan ettiği görülmüştür. İbnü'l-Irâkî'nin, isnadda yer alan mübhem raviyi, başka rivayetlerde isminin zikredilmesi yoluyla tesmiye etmesi, isnadın muttasıl olmasına ve senedin hükmünün değişmesine sebep olduğu görülmüş ve eser çeşitli yönleriyle değerlendirilmiş örneklerle izâh edilmiştir. In our study, in a period when important cultural heritage was formed in the science of hadith, he contributed to this legacy with his works, and despite his scientific accumulation and the subsequent scholars, Abu Zur'a ibnu'l-Irâkî's scientific shift, who attracted attention with his substances, was organized by the substance. Mustefâd min mubhemati'l-metn ve'l-İsnad and his contributions to the Mübhemât literature were examined. The use of the concept of Mubhem, which means that the name is closed in the text or the deed, was examined during the periods of the mutual and contractor. In this context, the stages of the hadith methods were examined and it was seen that the scholars did not attempt to create a consciousness due to the priority of scientific analyzes during the period of mutakaddim. With the formation of the Ist, the connection with the hadith sciences and terms were examined and the contributions of the classical and modern period scholars to the Staff were determined. The literature of the Mubhemat was examined and it was seen that only the blessings found in the hadith texts were declared in the works other than al-Mustefâd. Ibn al-Irâkî'nin hadith texts in the texts, as well as declared the blessings found in the deeds. Ibn al-Irâkî'nin, the name of other narrations, the name of the name of the isnad and the change of the provision of the deed has been seen and the work was explained in various aspects of the examples.
