FIRAT ÜNİVERSİTESİ SPOR BİLİMLERİ FAKÜLTESİNDE EĞİTİM GÖREN ÖĞRENCİLERİN SPOR TURİZMİNE YÖNELİK TUTUMLARININ İNCELENMESİ

Abstract

Bu araştırma Spor Bilimleri Fakültesi öğrencilerinin hayatımızda giderek popüler hale gelen spor turizmine yönelik tutumlarının incelenmesi amacıyla yapılmıştır. Çalışma betimsel tarama modeli niteliğindedir. Spor Bilimleri eğitimi gören öğrencilerin spor turizmine yönelik tutumlarını incelemek amacıyla Kardaş ve Sadık (2018) tarafından geliştirilen Spor Turizmine Yönelik Tutum Ölçeği (STYTÖ) kullanılmıştır. Araştırmanın evrenini; Elazığ İli Fırat Üniversitesi Spor Bilimleri Fakültesinde eğitim gören öğrenciler oluşturmaktadır. Örneklemini ise basit tesadüfi örneklem seçimi kullanılarak seçilen 1091 öğrenci oluşturmaktadır. Çalışma iki bölümde ele alınmıştır. Birinci bölümde spor turizmiyle ilgili literatür taraması yapılmış. İkinci bölümde ise tutum ölçeği kullanılmıştır. Elde edilen veriler SPSS 22.0 paket programında değerlendirilmiştir. Verilerin çözümlenmesinde frekans, yüzde, ortalama, standart sapma, one-way Anova, independent t-testi kullanılmıştır. Yapılan istatistiklerin anlamlılık düzeyi p<.05 olarak kabul edilmiştir. Yapılan bu araştırmanın sonucuna göre Fırat Üniversitesi Spor Bilimleri Fakültesinde eğitim gören öğrencilerin spor turizmine yönelik tutumlarının olumlu düzeyde olduğu tespit edilmiştir (p<.05). İş olanağı ve ekonomik katkı boyutlarında 21-24 yaş aralığındaki öğrencilerin diğer yaş aralığındaki öğrencilere göre tutumlarının daha yüksek olduğu tespit edilmiştir (p<.05). Bölüm değişkeninde organizasyon boyutunda spor yöneticiliği bölümü öğrencilerinin diğer bölüm öğrencilere göre tutumlarının daha yüksek olduğu (p<.05), iş olanağı ve ekonomik katkı boyutlarında ise beden eğitimi ve spor öğretmenliği bölümü öğrencilerinin diğer bölüm öğrencilerine göre tutumlarının daha yüksek olduğu tespit edilmiştir (p<.05). Sınıf düzeyi değişkenine göre spor turizmine yönelik tutumlarında ise kişisel katkı, iş olanağı, ekonomik katkı boyutlarının 4.sınıf'ta eğitim gören öğrencilerin diğer sınıflardaki öğrencilere göre tutumlarının daha yüksek olduğu tespit edilmiştir (p<.05) Çalışma sonucunda öğrencilerin spor turizmine yönelik tutumlarının olumlu düzeyde olduğu ve ölçeğe ilişkin alt boyutlara göre yaş, sınıf ve bölüm değişkenleri açısından anlamlı farklılıklar olduğu tespit edilmiştir. Yapılan bu araştırmanın spor eğitimi alan üniversite öğrencilerinin spor turizmine yönelik tutumlarının belirlenmesi ve konunun sektörel alanda değerlendirilmesi bakımından bir kazanım sağlayacağı öngörülmektedir. This research has been made to investigate the attitudes of the students of Sports Sciences Faculty towards sports tourism that has become gradually popular in our lives. The research has the characteristic of descriptive scanning model. In order to investigate the attitudes of the students studying Sports Science Education towards sports tourism,the attitude scale towards sports tourism developed by Kardaş and Sadık (2018) has been used. The students having education in Fırat University of Elazığ form the universe of the research. As fort hat the sample is formed by 1091 students selected using simple random sample selection. The research has been approached in two parts. In the first part,literatüre scanning has been made about sports tourism. As for that in the second part, the attitude scale has been used. The datas abtained were evaluated in the SPSS 22.0 packet programme. In the analyzing of the datas, frequency, percentage, average, standard deviation, one-way Anova, İndependent t-test were used. The relevance level of the statistics was accepted as p<.05. According to the result of this research, it was determined that the attitudes of the students having education in Sports Sciences Faculty in Fırat University, towards Sports tourism are positive. In the dimensions of emplayment and economic contribution, it was determined that the attitudes of the students at the age range of 21-24 are higher according to the students at the other age range. In the part variance, in the dimension of organization, it was determined that the attitudes of the students of the Sports Management Part are higher according to the students in other part (p<.05), as for that in the dimensions of emplayment opportunity and ecomonic contribution, the attitudes of the students of Physical Education and Sports Teaching Part, are higher according to the students in other part (p<.05). According to the class level variance, as fort hat in the attitudes towards sports tourism, it was determined that the dimensions of personal contribution, emplayment opportunity, economic contribution of the students having education in the 4 th class are higher according to the students in the other classes (p<.05). In the result of the research, it was determined that the attitudes of the students towards sports tourism are positive and according to the base dimensions about the scale, the are significant differences in terms of the age, class and part variances. It is foreseen that this research will provide an achievement in determining the attitudes of the university students having education in Sports Education, towards Sports tourism and in evaluating the topic in the sectoral area.
