İLKÖĞRETİM KURUMLARINDA ÖRGÜTSEL ADALETİN ÖRGÜTSEL BAĞLILIK ÜZERİNE ETKİSİ (ELAZIĞ İLİ ÖRNEĞİ)

Abstract

Araştırmanın temel amacı ilköğretim kurumlarında çalışan öğretmenlerin Örgütsel Adalet Algılarının Örgütsel Bağlılık üzerine etkisinin olup olmadığını tespit etmektir. Bu amaçla literatür taraması yapılmış ve likert tipi anket Elazığ ili dahilinde çeşitli ilçe ve köylere de ulaşarak uygulanmuştır. 306 öğretmen üzerinde uygulanan anketlerden elde edilmiş veriler SPSS for Windows (10.) programı kullanılarak analiz edilmiştir. Analizler sonucunda elde edilen verilere göre Örgütsel Adalet boyutlarının Örgütsel Bağlılık boyutları üzerine etkisinin olduğu görülmüştür. Elde edilen veriler sonucunda demografik değişkenlerden bir kısmının Örgütsel Adalet ve Örgütsel Bağlılık boyutlarında farklılıklara neden olduğu tespit edilmiştir.

The main purpose of the research to find out whether the organizational justice perceptions have any effects on organizationa commitment or not. The literature scan has been done for this aim and the likert type of quostionnarie has been applied. Moerover, some counties and villages in Elazığ have been visited and the quostionnarie has been applied. The datas having been gained by quostionnaries that were applied to over 306 teachers, have been analysised using the program of SPSS for Windows (10.0). According to the datas gained at the end of the analyses, that dimensions of organizational justice has effects on the dimensions of organizational commitment has been seen. With the results of the datas having been gained, meaningful differences of some of the demographic parametres have been found out, compared to organizational justice and organizational commitment.
