Otojen dentin blok greft ve otojen ramus blok greft ile vertikal ve horizontal augmentasyonu yapılmış atrofik alveolar kretlerin değerlendirilmesi

Abstract

Bu çalışma otojen dentin blok greft ve otojen ramus blok greft ile vertikal ve horizontal augmentasyonu yapılmış atrofik alveolar kretlerin değerlendirilmesi konulu bir tez çalışmasıdır. Tezin amacı atrofik alveolar kretlerde implant cerrahisi için horizontal ve vertikal yönde kemik kazanımı sağlayıp otojen dentin ve otojen ramus blok greftler arasında karşılaştırmalı değerlendirme yapmaktır. Çalışmaya; dentin blok greft (n=25) ve otojen ramus blok greft (n=25) augmentasyonu yapılmış, operasyon öncesi ve operasyondan 6 ay sonrası konik ışınlı bilgisayarlı tomografi (KIBT) kaydı alınmış toplam 50 hasta dahil edilecektir. Ameliyat öncesi kemik yüksekliği ve/veya kemik genişliği verileri bilgisayarlı tomografi kaydı altında kaydedilecektir. Ameliyat sonrası 6.ayda yeni bir bilgisayarlı tomografi kaydı alınarak kemik yüksekliği ve/veya kemik genişliği kaydedilecektir. Augmentasyon yapılan alanların; vertikal ve horizontal kemik kazanım hesaplamaları Planmeca Romexis Viewer 35.1.R yazılımı yardımıyla yapılacaktır ve veriler kaydedilecektir. Verilerin istatistiksel değerlendirilmesi uygun yöntemlerle yapılacaktır. Alıcı sahanın horizontal genişliğindeki ve vertikal derinliğindeki değişiklikleri, öncesi ve sonrasını karşılaştırmak için uygun testlerin kullanılması planlanmıştır.

This study is a thesis study on the evaluation of atrophic alveolar crests which have been vertically and horizontally augmented with autogenous dentin block graft and autogenous ramus block graft. The aim of the thesis is to provide horizontal and vertical bone gain for implant surgery in atrophic alveolar crests and to make a comparative evaluation between autogenous dentin and autogenous ramus block grafts. A total of 50 patients who have been augmented with dentin block graft (n=25) and autogenous ramus block graft (n=25) and who have cone beam computed tomography (CBCT) records before and 6 months after the operation will be included in the study. Preoperative bone height and/or bone width data will be recorded under the computed tomography record. A new computed tomography record will be taken at the 6th month after the operation and bone height and/or bone width will be recorded. The augmented areas; Vertical and horizontal bone gain calculations will be made with the help of Planmeca Romexis Viewer 35.1.R software and the data will be recorded. Statistical evaluation of the data will be made with appropriate methods. It is planned to use appropriate tests to compare the changes in the horizontal width and vertical depth of the recipient site before and after.
