KÜÇÜK VE ORTA BÜYÜKLÜKTEKİ İŞLETMELERDE (KOBİ) ERP KULLANIMI VE STRATEJİK ÇIKTILARA ETKİSİ: ELAZIĞ İLİ ÖRNEĞİ

Abstract

İşletmelerin artan rekabet ortamında rekabet edebilmek için daha fazla bilgiye, iletişime ve teknolojiye ihtiyacı vardır. Bu sebeple işletmelerde yazılım sistemlerinin kullanımı giderek yaygınlaşmaktadır. Gelişmiş bilgi teknolojilerinden olan ERP, işletme ile ilgili süreçleri (satın alma yönetimi, envanter kontrol, depo yönetimi, kontrol yönetimi, finans/muhasebe vb.) entegre etmede kullanılan bir yazılım sistemidir. ERP, işletmenin birimleri arasında bütünleşme sağlamakla birlikte bir kere girilen verilere tüm birimlerin erişimini sağlar. Bu sistem işletmenin karşılaştığı birçok problemi çözmesinin yanı sıra, işletmede başarıyla uygulanmadığında maliyet kaybı gibi birçok sorunu da birlikte getirecektir. Bu çalışma işletmelerde kullanımı giderek yaygınlaşan ERP'nin sanayileşme sürecinde son zamanlarda hızla gelişme gösteren Elazığ ilinde bulunan KOBİ'lerde ki yerini tespit etmek ve ERP kullanımının stratejik çıktılara etkisini analiz etmek amacıyla yapılmıştır. İşletmelerin ERP sistemi ile ilgili yaşadığı sorunları ve çözüm yollarını ortaya koyarak, çalışanlara ve yöneticilere rehber olacak bir çalışma hedeflenmiştir.

Businesses need more information, communication and technology to compete in an increasingly competitive environment. Therefore, the use of software systems in enterprises is increasingly widespread. ERP, which is one of the advanced information technologies, is a software system that integrates business related processes (purchasing management, inventory control, control management, finance / accounting, etc.) The ERP provides access to all the units once they have been entered, with the integration of the units of the operator. In addition to solving of the many problems faced by the operator, this system will bring many problems such as cost loss if not successfully applied to the business. This study was done to analyze the strategic output of ERP usage in SMEs in Elazığ province, which has been rapidly developing in the industrialization process. It is aimed to provide a guide to employees and managers by presenting the problems and solutions that the companies have experienced with the ERP system.
