PROFESYONEL FUTBOL TAKIMI OYUNCULARININ FİZİKSEL UYGUNLUK VE SOMATOTİP ÖZELLİKLERİNİN DEĞERLENDİRİLMESİ (MALATYASPOR ÖRNEĞİ)

Abstract

Bu arastırmada, profesyonel futbol takımı oyuncularının fiziksel uygunlukve somatotip özelliklerinin degerlendirilmesi amaçlandı. Arastırma TürkiyeProfesyonel 1. Lig takımlarından Malatyaspor takımında bulunan 24 futbolcu ileyapıldı. Ölçüm ve testler 2007 -2008 sezonu Ekim ayı 1. haftası içinde alınmıstır.Çalısmaya katılan futbolcuların, fiziksel uygunluk testleri ve somatotiplerininbelirlenmesine yönelik antropometrik ölçümler yapılmıs ve somato kartlardadegerlendirilmistir. statistiksel analizler ise SPSS 15.0 paket programındafrekans, ortalama ve yüzde (%) oranları hesaplanarak tablolarda yorumlanmıs,ikili karsılastırmalarda ise Mann Whitney U testi kullanılarak anlamlılık düzeyip<0.05 olarak degerlendirilmistir.Çalısmaya katılan 24 profesyonele futbolcudan olusan defans ve ofansgrupları arasında; yas, spor yası, boy, agırlık, total vücut yag yüzdesi, çevre veçap ölçümleri, anaerobik ve aerobik kapasite, 60 metre sürat ve esneklik testleriverileri arasında istatistiksel olarak anlamlı bir fark saptanmamıstır (p>0,05).Futbolcuların somatotipleri ise endomorfi 2.63, mezomorfi 2.99, ektomorfi 2.68olarak bulunmustur.Sonuç olarak çalısmaya katılan futbol takım defans ve ofans oyuncularıarasında yapılan ölçüm ve test sonuçlarına göre, istatistiksel olarak anlamlı birfark tespit edilmemistir(p>0,05). Futbol takımında futbolcuların fiziksel uygunlukdüzeylerinin bulunması, sporsal verim düzeyinin belirlenmesi; futbolcuları dogruyönlendirmek ve futbolcuların bireysel farklılıklarını saptamak, çagdas futbolanlayısına uygun, bilimsel yöntemlere dayalı testler ve ölçümlerin yapılarak eldeedilen veriler ısıgında, evrensel normlar olusturulması gerektigi düsünülmektedir.Anahtar Kelimeler: Futbol, fiziksel uygunluk, somatotip.

In this study, we aimed to evaluate physical fitness somatotypefeatures of ht professional soccer team players. This study was carried on24 football, players playing for Malatyaspor in 1st league. Measurementsand tests were taken in the first week of september of 2007 -2008 season.Antropometric measurements twords physical fitness tests and thedetermination of somatotypes of the footballer participating in the studyand were evalvated in somato cards. Statistical analysis were interpreted incharts by reckonnig frequency, mean, percentages in the program of SPSS15.0, and in dual comparisons, significance level was evalvated p<0.05 byusing Mann Whitney U test.Between the defence and offence Professional footballerscomprising of 24 players participating in the study, a significant differencewasn?t determined p<0.05 among the statistical data of age, height, weight,total body fat percentage, diameter and circumference, anaerobic capacityofaerobic, 60 metres speed and elasticity test.Somatotype of footballers were found that, endomorphic was 2.63,mesomorphic was 2.99, ectomorphic was 2,68.As a result, according to the measurements, test findings amongthe defence and offensive footballers participating to the study, astatistically significant difference was not found. Determining the physicalfitness level of football teams, determining the level of sportive efficiency,directing the footballers correctly, determining the individual differences,under the data light obtained, constituting universal norms with the testsbased on scientific methods and by doing measurements are needed to beexpressed.Key Words: Football, physical fitness, somatotype.
