Elektronik ve Otomasyon Laboratuvarında Pratik Eğitim Amacıyla PLC Kontrollü Bir Sistem Uygulaması

Abstract

Meslek yüksekokullarının temel amaçlarından birisi, kamu ve özel sektör ihtiyaçlarına uygun olarak, teorik bilgisi ve pratik tecrübesiyle mesleki yetkinlikleri kazanmış, tekniker statüsünde, nitelikli elemanlar yetiştirmektir. Sanayici en az teorik bilgi kadar pratik tecrübeyi de öncelikli tercih olarak görmektedir. Tek başına teorik bilgi sanayici için bir anlam ifade etmemektedir. Yapılmış olan çalışmanın temel amacı da bu problemin çözümüne katkı sağlayacak şekilde öğrencilerimize henüz okuldayken fabrika ortamını yaşatarak pratik tecrübe kazandırma yoluyla özgüvenlerini ve tercih edilebilirliklerini artırmaktır. Bu çalışmada, öğrencilerimizin fabrika ortamına hazırlanmasına katkı sağlamak amacıyla meslek yüksekokullarındaki Otomasyon Sistemleri derslerinde gösterilen ve sanayide her alanda kullanılan PLC’li sistemlerin minyatür bir örneği uygulamalı eğitim ve öğretim seti olarak gerçeklenmiştir.

As it is well known the fundamental goal of vocational high schools is to train and educate people, called qualified technician, who is donated with technical and theoretical background required by the public and private institutions and industries. The industry needs practical ability as priority at least like theoretical knowledge. Only theoretical knowledge does not mean anything for the industry. The fundamental aim of this study is also to support the solution of this problem by the way of giving the advantage of practical applications at the school like providing a factory atmosphere using the proposed experimental set. These practical applications will improve the self-confidence and selectibility of students. With this study, a prototype experimental set of Programmable Logic Controller (PLC), which is used in the industry, has been set up to prepare a factory atmosphere in the laboratory for the students implemented in the laboratories of automation systems course.
