| dc.description.abstract | Bu çalışmada, Asparagaceae familyasının önemli cinslerinden biri olan Bellevalia Lapeyr. cinsine ait iki endemik tür (B. chrisii Yıldırım & B. Şahin ve B. gracilis Uzunh. & H. Duman) karyolojik yönden incelenmiştir. Sitotaksonomik çalışmalar için toplanan örneklerin soğanlarından yararlanılmıştır. Bölünür somatik hücrelerde yapılan çalışmalar sonucunda, türlerin kromozom sayımları ve karyotip analizleri yapılarak idiyogramları çizilmiştir. Kromozom sayılarının hem B. chrisii hem de B. gracilis türünde 2n=8 olduğu tespit edilmiştir. | |

Duman) belong to one of the important genus of the family Asparagaceae Bellavalia Lapeyr. were investigated caryologically For cytotaxonomic studies, the bulbs of the collected samples were used. At the end of studies performed in dividing somatic cells, chromosomal counts and karyotype analyzes of the species were performed and the idiograms were drawn.
