HZ. PEYGAMBER S.A.S. ’İN BARIŞ STRATEJİSİ

Abstract

Hz. Peygamber s.a.s. ’in uluslararası ilişkilerdeki barış stratejisi, dillerde dolaşan sözde bir söylem değil; aksine gerçekçi ve uygulanmış bir olgudur. Hz. Peygamber, yeryüzünün her yerinde barış ve huzur ortamını oluşturmayı hedeflemiştir. Şu husus bir gerçektir ki barış ortamının bizatihi varlığı, İslami açıdan bir kazanımdır. Çünkü sulh ve silm, İslam'ın özü ve ruhudur. Hz. Peygamber s.a.s. ’in uluslararası ilişkiler öğretisinde sükûnet ve barış ilk sırayı almaktadır. Nitekim Hz. Peygamber s.a.s. ’in dış ilişkilerde güven ve barışı merkeze aldığını ve hedeflediğini Hudeybiye Antlaşması’nda açıkça görmekteyiz. Hz. Peygamber s.a.s. mikro düzeyde hiçbir ahd ve anlaşma tanımayan Mekkelilerin; makro düzeyde de Bizans ve Sâsânî devletlerinin taktiksel ve gündelik siyasetlerinin aksine güven ve barış merkezli bir strateji izleyerek fitne, fesat ve kargaşanın yayılmasına fırsat vermemiş, barış ve güven ortamını korumaya çalışmıştır. Bu sebeple Medine İslam Devleti çok boyutlu olarak güçlenince Hz. Peygamber s.a.s. diplomatik yazışmalar yoluyla dış ilişkiler ağını genişletmiş ve bu hedefleri gerçekleştirmeye çalışmıştır

Peace strategy of the Prophet pbuh in international relations is not a so-called discourse which is in limelight, but rather a realistic and applied phenomenon. Prophet aimed to create an environment of peace and tranquility all over the world. It is a fact that the peace environment itself is an Islamic achievement. Because peace and erasure are the core essence and spirit of Islam. Tranquility and peace take the first place in the teachings of the Prophet pbuh international relations. As a matter of fact, we see clearly in the Hudeybiye Treaty that the Prophet pbuh took and targeted trust and peace in foreign relations. Unlike the tactical and daily politics of the Meccans who did not give any covenant and agreement at the micro level and the Byzantine and Sassanid states at the macro level, the Prophet pbuh did not allow the spread of mischief, and chaos, tried to maintain an environment of peace and trust. For this reason, when the Islamic State of Madinah became multidimensional, the Prophet pbuh expanded his foreign relations network through diplomatic correspondence and tried to achieve these goals
