METİL ALKOL KİRLİLİĞİ

Abstract

YÜKSEK LİSANS TEZİ METİL ALKOL kirliliği ökkaş DAĞCI Fırat üniversitesi Fen Bilimleri Enstitüsü Kimya Anabilim Dalı 2002, sayfa: 33 Teknoloji içinde yaşadığımız yüzyılda akıl almaz ölçüde ilerlemiştir. Kuşkusuz gelişen bu teknoloji günümüz insanına sayısız kolaylıklar ve olanaklar sağlamıştır. Buna karşın İnsanlardaki maddi çıkar, ucuz maliyet ve eksik teknoloji bir takım çevre sorunlarım da beraberinde getirmiştir. Bu çalışmada insan sağlığı için son derece zararlı olan metil alkolün, bir çok alanda kullanılmasıyla oluşan kirliliğinin ortaya çıkarılması amaçlanmıştır. Bu amaçla insanların bol miktarda kullandığı kolonyalarda metil alkol düzeyi araştırılmıştır. Elazığ, Gaziantep ve Şanlıurfa illerindeki hastanelerin çevresindeki büfelerden farklı markalarda 17 adet kolonya temin edilmiştir. Gaz kromatoğrafisi yardımıyla yapılan analizlerde bu numunelerin 1 1 tanesinde metil alkol tespit edilmiştir. Yine bu yöntem ile alkol yüzdeleri hesaplanmıştır. Ayrıca yeni bir yöntem geliştirmek amacıyla refraktometreden yararlanılmış fakat yöntem yeterince başarılı olmamıştır. Of course, it has provided numerous adventages for a better life. But number of envorimental problems have noused due to the wish for cheaper cost, non proper technology and excess profit. In this study, pollution from methyl alcohol, which is exteremly harmful for human health, was determined in colonge product. With this aim, the methyl alcohol contens of colonges used by the local people, were investigated. In the study, 17 different brands of colonges were collected from the buffets araund the hospitals in Elazığ, Gaziantep and Şanlıurfa. In 1 1 of these specimans, methyl alcohol were found with gas cromotography. With the same method the alcohol percentages of the specimans were also determined. In addition, a new method for the determination of methyl alcohol contents in liquids were tried to develope with the aid of refractometery but the method was unsuccessful.
