YEREL VE BÖLGESEL DÜZEYDE ÇEVRE KİRLİLİĞİ SORUNLARI: ELAZIĞ İLİ ÖRNEĞİ

Abstract

Günümüzde çevre sorunlarının dünyayı tehdit ettiği artık bilinen bir gerçektir. Çevre sorunlarının başında ilk olarak çevre kirliliği gelmektedir. Kirlilik sorunu kendini küresel düzeyden bölgesel ve yerel düzeye her düzeyde göstermektedir. Çeşitli tedbirlerle önlenmeye çalışılsa da gelişen teknoloji ve sosyoekonomik şartlardan dolayı kirlilik artmaktadır. Hava kirliliği, su kirliliği, atıklar, toprak kirliliği gibi sorunlar yerel düzeyden çıkıp bölgesel düzeyde, daha sonra da küresel düzeyde etkili olmaktadır. Bu bağlamda yerel ve bölgesel düzeyde çevre kirliliği sorunlarının da en az küresel olanlar kadar etkili olduğu görülmektedir. Buradan hareketle bu çalışmada yerel ve bölgesel düzeydeki çevre kirliliği sorunlarından hava, su, toprak, gürültü kirliliği ve atıklar sorunu Elazığ ili özelinde incelenmeye çalışılacaktır

It is true that environmental problems threaten the world nowadays. Environmental pollution is the primary environmental problems. Pollution issues demonstrate themselves from global scale to regional and local scale on all scale. Pollution increases because of developing technology and socio-economic conditions however it is tried to prevent with various measures. Issues like air pollution, water pollution, wastes, soil pollution become effective from local scale to regional scale than global scale. In this context it is seem that local and regional environmental pollution issues are effective at least global ones. From this point of view in this study air, water, soil, noise pollution and waste issues which are local and regional scale environmental issues are tried to examine in the case of Elazig province
